【摘要】：澳大利亚资格框架中的资格通路是对框架内各级各类资格的学习结果进行等价沟通和衔接的操作,是依据完整资格要求以授予相应资格这一主要途径的附加路径。该通路以减少重复学习、提高目标资格获取效率为直接目的,通过资格衔接、学分转移、先前学分认证等具体路径对个体的知识、技能以及能力进行有效认证,而不论其获取方式。澳大利亚资格框架中的资格通路政策是以全纳性国家资格框架为实施平台,在实施过程注重个体主体地位、扩大政策透明度,并建立了相应的质量保障体系,这些经验对于我国国家资格框架及相应资格衔接政策的构建有重要的启示作用。
[Abstract]:Qualification Australian qualifications framework is the pathway of all kinds of qualifications within the framework of learning results are equivalent to the communication and connection operation is based on a full qualification to the corresponding qualifications awarded additional path which is the main pathway. This pathway to reduce repetitive learning, improve the target acquisition efficiency for the direct purpose of qualification through the qualification, cohesion, credit the transfer of knowledge, previous credit certification path of the individual, skills and ability to carry out effective certification, regardless of their qualifications. Access to the Australian Qualifications Framework in the policy path is based on the inclusive national qualification framework for the implementation of the platform, focusing on the individual subject status in the implementation process, expand the transparency of policies, and establish the corresponding quality the security system, the experience for the National Qualifications Framework in China and the corresponding qualification cohesion policy construction has important implications.
