翻转课堂模式在高中英语词汇教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会的发展,信息技术对我们的生活有着深远的意义,同样对教育也是如此。人们将信息技术应用于教育领域,利用技术更好的发展教育,在此情况下,翻转课堂这种教学模式应运而生,成为一种以学生自主学习为主,老师引导学习为辅的教学方式。本研究以掌握学习理论和自主学习理论为基础,旨在探索翻转课堂在高中英语词汇教学中的应用效果及学生的使用态度,试图找出一种在高中英语词汇教学中辅助学生有效掌握目标词汇的教学方法。研究实验对象是选取米脂中学高二年级普通班的两个班级(高二2班和高二3班),共104名学生。其中2班为实验班,采用翻转课堂这种教学模式进行教学;3班为对照班,采用传统的认读-讲解-记忆-听写四个固定的步骤的教学模式教授单词。最后,对实验班和对照班的前测成绩和后测成绩进行比较,其中前测成绩选取高一下学期的期末成绩,后测是根据实验内容设计测试题,并进行信度检测。通过对前后测成绩的描述性统计和独立样本t检验进行分析,结果表明,无论是短期记忆还是长期记忆,以翻转课堂教学模式授课的班级的成绩都要明显好于以传统教学方式授课的班级。通过问卷表明,以翻转课堂教学模式授课班级的学生对学习词汇的态度也发生了很大的改变,由以前的不喜爱到现在非常喜欢和热爱学习词汇。这进一步说明翻转课堂教学模式在高中英语词汇中实施具有一定的可行性。本研究运用了自主学习理论和合作学习理论等的相关理论对实验结果进行了分析和讨论,并得出了以下启示:翻转课堂教学模式不仅可以提高学生学习成绩,而且使学生喜欢学习英语词汇,在高中英语词汇教学中不失为一种有效的方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, information technology is of great significance to our life, as well as to education. People apply information technology to the field of education and make better use of technology to develop education. In this case, the flipping classroom teaching model emerged as the times require, becoming a kind of teaching method based on students' autonomous learning and teachers' guiding learning. This study is based on mastering the learning theory and autonomous learning theory. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of flipping classroom in senior high school English vocabulary teaching and the students' attitude towards it. This paper attempts to find out a teaching method to assist students to master target vocabulary effectively in senior high school English vocabulary teaching. The object of this study is to select two classes (Grade 2 and Grade 3) in the second grade of Meizhi Middle School. . There are 104 students, of whom class 2 is the experimental class, which adopts the teaching mode of flipping classroom. Class 3 is the control class, using the traditional teaching mode of recognizing, explaining, memorizing and dictating four fixed steps to teach words. Finally, the results of pre-test and post-test are compared between the experimental class and the control class. The pre-test results are selected as the final grade of the first semester of senior high school, and the post-test is designed according to the content of the experiment, and the reliability is tested. Through the descriptive statistics of the results before and after the test and the independent sample t-test analysis. The results show that both short-term memory and long-term memory, the results of the class with the flipped classroom teaching mode are obviously better than those of the traditional teaching method. The attitude towards vocabulary learning of the students in the class taught by the flipping classroom teaching mode has also changed greatly. From the former dislike to the present very much like and love to learn vocabulary. This further shows that the flipping classroom teaching model in senior high school English vocabulary implementation has some feasibility. This study applies the theory of autonomous learning and cooperation. The experimental results are analyzed and discussed based on the relevant theories of learning theory and so on. The following revelations are drawn: the flipping classroom teaching model can not only improve students' academic achievement, but also make students like to learn English vocabulary, which is an effective method in senior high school English vocabulary teaching.
