英国CEDP制度的体系研究

【摘要】:近年来,英国的教育面临质量下降、教师短缺等问题。在内外因素的驱动下,2012年英国学校与培训发展署为促进新教师的专业发展,对"入职与发展档案"制度进行了修订。围绕临近职前培训结束、入职培训开始和临近入职培训结束这三个阶段,TDA网站为新教师提供了基于学习共同体的专业规划、基于问题反思的专业进阶和基于专业改进的多元评价制度。我国教师专业发展应遵循以档案为载体的教师职前职后教育一体化设计的思路,建立以个体自主反思为关键手段的内生性发展评价制度,并创设以专业发展共同体为场域的文化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the quality of education in the United Kingdom is declining, the shortage of teachers and other problems. Driven by internal and external factors, in 2012, the United Kingdom School and training Development Agency to promote the professional development of new teachers. The "entry and Development Archives" system has been revised around the three phases of approaching the end of pre-service training, beginning and closing of induction training. The TDA website provides new teachers with professional planning based on learning communities. Our teachers' professional development should follow the idea of integrated design of pre-service and post-service education based on archives. To establish the evaluation system of endogenous development with the key means of individual self-reflection, and to create a culture with professional development community as the field.
