【摘要】:随着21世纪知识经济的发展和信息时代的到来,国际竞争日趋激烈,而终身教育思潮和教师专业发展的研究也在不断深入和完善,使世界各国都在积极探索和寻求教师专业发展的途径和方法,以便更好地构建教师教育体系一体化。在教师教育体系中,入职教育是职前培养和在职进修的中间环节,它还是初任教师专业发展的重要阶段。在入职期内,初任教师能否顺利实现由临时注册教师到完全注册教师的转变,不仅影响着他们的职业倾向和职业持久性,还会影响到他们的从业热情和未来的专业发展模式,进而决定他们成为什么样的教师。苏格兰对入职教育的重视已成为地区特色,而初任教师入职教育计划已成为苏格兰最成功的教育计划之一。本研究通过对苏格兰初任教师入职教育计划的出台背景、结构体系以及其实施过程中的成效与问题的分析与研究,来帮助初任教师实现个人成长和专业发展,最后通过对入职教育计划特征的总结,针对我国的的入职教育现状提出借鉴与启示。本研究主要包括以下六个部分:第一部分是导论,主要阐述本研究的选题缘由,对相关概念进行界定,分析该问题的研究现状,并对研究思路与研究方法做简要说明。第二部分阐述苏格兰初任教师入职教育计划的出台背景,主要包括教师专业发展理论的影响、提升初任教师胜任能力的现实要求以及政府对入职教育的重视三方面;第三部分论述了苏格兰初任教师入职教育计划以提高初任教师入职教育质量、促进初任教师专业能力的发展并对初任教师的入职工作表现进行评估为目标,以为初任教师提供时间和资金保障、制定相应的应急系统及自动放弃选择权的赔偿系统为主要内容,以支持者会议、观察教学和专业发展计划为主要的组织形式;第四部分是苏格兰初任教师入职教育计划的实施,主要包括教师入职教育计划的实施流程,实施的主体如苏格兰普通教学专业委员会、各地方教育当局、校长及指导教师及初任教师等,并规定了其各自的职责,实施的评价标准有《注册教师标准》和《教师职业行为准则》,还有校长及指导教师等人员的评价、课堂的观察以及临时档案和终期档案评价三种评价方式;第五部分对苏格兰初任教师入职教育计划的实施成效与问题进行分析论证;第六部分运用比较法,通过分析苏格兰初任教师入职教育计划的基本经验及我国初任教师入职培训的现状,为我国完善入职教育培训体系提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy in 21th century and the arrival of information age, the international competition is becoming more and more intense, and the research of lifelong education and teachers' professional development is also deepening and perfecting. So that all countries in the world are actively exploring and seeking ways and means of professional development of teachers in order to better build the integration of teacher education system in the teacher education system. Induction education is the intermediate link between pre-service training and in-service learning. It is also an important stage of the professional development of new teachers. Whether the initial teachers can smoothly realize the transition from temporary registered teachers to fully registered teachers will not only affect their career tendency and career persistence, but also affect their enthusiasm and future professional development model. And then decide what kind of teachers they become. Scotland's emphasis on entry education has become a regional feature. The initial teacher entry Education Scheme has become one of the most successful education plans in Scotland. The structural system and the results and problems in its implementation are analyzed and studied to help the newly appointed teachers achieve personal growth and professional development. Finally, the characteristics of the on-boarding education plan are summarized. This research mainly includes the following six parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly explains the reason of this research, and defines the related concepts. This paper analyzes the current situation of the research, and makes a brief explanation of the research ideas and research methods. The second part describes the background of the introduction of the Scottish initial teacher education plan, mainly including the impact of the theory of teacher professional development. The practical requirements of improving the competence of the new teachers and the emphasis of the government on the entry education; The third part discusses the goal of Scottish initial teachers' entry education plan to improve the quality of initial teachers' entry education, to promote the development of new teachers' professional ability and to evaluate the starting teachers' job performance. To provide time and financial security for the new teachers, to formulate the corresponding emergency response system and automatic waiver of the right to choose compensation system as the main content, to support the meeting. Observation of teaching and professional development programs are the main forms of organization; The 4th part is the implementation of the initial teachers' entry education plan in Scotland, which mainly includes the implementation process of the teachers' entry education plan, such as the Scottish General Teaching Professional Committee and the local education authorities. Principals, teachers and new teachers, and so on, and their respective responsibilities, the implementation of the evaluation standards are "registered teacher Standards" and "Code of Professional Conduct of Teachers", as well as principals and guidance of teachers and other personnel evaluation. Classroom observation and the evaluation of temporary and final archives; Part 5th analyzes and demonstrates the effectiveness and problems of the implementation of the initial teachers' entry education plan in Scotland. In the 6th part, by analyzing the basic experience of the initial teachers' entry education plan in Scotland and the present situation of the initial teachers' entry training in our country, the author provides a reference for improving the system of the entry education and training in our country.
