【摘要】:义务教育学段学生课业负担过重,不但阻碍青少年的身心健康,而且影响到基础教育改革的不断深化和教育质量的进一步提升。因此,国家和各级教育部门多次颁布“减负”的相关政策和文件,力求将学生从课业负担的枷锁中解放出来,但目前各地“减负”效果却并不显著,部分地区义务教育学段学生课业负担过重的现象仍然不容乐观。论文以国家教育部“减轻学生课业负担”改革项目试点单位安徽省为研究范围,力求分析该区域义务教育学段学生课业负担的现状,并对由课业负担过重而产生的问题提出解决和改善的建议。本论文为实证研究,共分为五个章节。第一章节为绪论,包括课业负担的研究背景、研究目的和意义、研究思路和方法以及核心概念的界定。第二章节是文献综述,从理论研究、实证研究和政策研究三方面对国内的课业负担研究进行综述;而关于国外课业负担研究,则选取具有代表性的美国和日本进行分析,并就其他国家实施的有效“减负”经验进行梳理。第三章节为调查的主体部分,主要包括调研方案设计、问卷说明和数据采集及处理。第四章节是阐述课业负担的现状和存在的问题,从学校课业负担、家庭课业负担和主观感受三个维度对安徽省义务教育学段学生课业负担进行调查分析。第五章节是成因分析与改善建议,主要从安徽省义务教育学段学生课业负担存在的症结入手进行归因分析,并针对性地提出一些改善建议,具体建议如下:1.强化制度建设,规范办学行为;2.深化教学改革,提升教学质效;3.强化家校合作,倡导理性家教;4.优化资源配置,促进教育均衡。
[Abstract]:The heavy burden on students in compulsory education not only hinders the physical and mental health of young people, but also affects the deepening of the reform of basic education and the further improvement of the quality of education. The state and educational departments at all levels have repeatedly promulgated relevant policies and documents to "reduce the burden" in an effort to liberate students from the shackles of the burden of school work, but at present the effect of "reducing the burden" in various localities is not significant. Part of the compulsory education school students overburdened phenomenon is still not optimistic. This paper takes Anhui Province as the pilot unit of the Ministry of Education "lighten the burden of students' schoolwork" as the research scope. This paper tries to analyze the present situation of the students' schoolwork burden of compulsory education in this region, and puts forward some suggestions to solve and improve the problems caused by the overburden of the schoolwork. This paper is an empirical study. It is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the definition of core concepts. The second chapter is a literature review, from the theoretical research. The empirical research and policy research on the burden of homework in China are summarized. For the study of the burden of school work abroad, the representative of the United States and Japan are selected to analyze the effective "burden reduction" experience of other countries. The third chapter is the main part of the survey. Mainly includes the research scheme design, the questionnaire description and the data collection and the processing. 4th chapter is the elaboration schoolwork burden present situation and the existence question, from the school schoolwork burden. This paper investigates and analyzes the burden of homework on the students of compulsory education in Anhui province from the three dimensions of family homework burden and subjective feeling. Chapter 5th is the cause analysis and improvement suggestion. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the students' schoolwork burden in compulsory education in Anhui Province, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement, which are as follows: 1.Strengthening the system construction and standardizing the school running behavior; 2.deepen the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality and effect; 3.Strengthening home-school cooperation and advocating rational tutoring; 4. Optimize the allocation of resources and promote the balance of education.
