【摘要】:对于青少年将来所能受到的最高教育程度,青少年自身会抱有一定的期望,他们的父母也会对其抱有一定的期望。已有研究表明,父母对孩子的教育期望与青少年的自我教育期望以及他们的学业成就存在显著相关(Halle,Kurtz-Costes,Mahoney,1997)。并且,父母教育期望和青少年自我教育期望均可以显著影响青少年学业成绩(Maria,Taningco,Pachon,2008;Rutchick,Smyth,Lopoo,Dusek,2009)。虽然已有研究显示当前青少年的父母教育期望和自我教育期望普遍较高,但是由于年龄差异、阅历不同,父母对孩子的教育期望可能与青少年自我教育期望存在一定的差异。以往的研究多关注于父母教育期望单独对学业成绩的影响或自我教育期望单独对学业成绩的影响,鲜有实证研究探讨两者之间的差异对青少年学业成绩产生的影响。且以往研究多是在西方文化背景下进行的,考虑到文化差异,父母教育期望、自我教育期望以及教育期望差异对中国青少年学业成绩的影响机制尚不够清晰。此外,教育探索和投入作为青少年对未来进行思考和规划的重要过程,可能在教育期望和学业成绩之间起着中介作用,但目前研究这一中介机制的实证研究仍然较少。鉴于以上考虑,本研究选取山东省两所初中的773名中学生为被试,采用自我报告的形式对青少年的父母教育期望、自我教育期望、教育探索和投入进行了测查分析,并通过学校考试记录获取他们的学业成绩。探讨了父母教育期望、自我教育期望和两者之间的差异对学业成绩的影响,以及教育探索和投入在其中起到的中介效应。研究结论如下:(1)父母教育期望和自我教育期望均能正向预测青少年的学业成绩;教育期望差异能够负向预测青少年的学业成绩。(2)教育探索和教育投入在自我教育期望与青少年学业成绩之间起中介作用,在父母教育期望与学业成绩之间中介效应不显著。(3)教育投入在教育期望差异与学业成绩之间起中介作用。这表明,父母教育期望和自我教育期望均对青少年学业成绩有着重要影响,且两者之间差异越大越不利于青少年学业成绩发展。教育期望会通过对教育探索或教育投入进而影响学业成绩,但是父母教育期望与自我教育期望的作用机制存在差异。
[Abstract]:Adolescents themselves will have certain expectations for the highest level of education that adolescents can receive in the future, and their parents will also have certain expectations of them. There is a significant correlation between parents' educational expectations for their children and adolescents' self-education expectations as well as their academic achievements. Moreover, both parents' education expectation and adolescents' self-education expectation can significantly affect the academic achievement of adolescents. But because of the age difference, the experience is different. There may be some differences between parents' educational expectations for their children and adolescents' self-education expectations. Previous studies have focused on the effects of parental educational expectations on academic achievement alone or self-education expectations on academic achievement. Influence. There are few empirical studies to explore the impact of the differences between the two on the academic performance of adolescents. And most of the previous studies are conducted under the background of Western culture, considering the cultural differences, parents' educational expectations. The influence mechanism of self-education expectation and educational expectation difference on Chinese teenagers' academic achievement is not clear enough. In addition, educational exploration and investment is an important process for teenagers to think and plan for the future. It may play an intermediary role between educational expectation and academic achievement, but the empirical research on this intermediary mechanism is still few. In view of the above considerations. In this study, 773 middle school students from two junior middle schools in Shandong Province were selected as subjects, and their parents' educational expectation, self-education expectation, educational exploration and input were investigated and analyzed by self-report. And through the school examination records to obtain their academic performance. Explore the parents' educational expectations, self-education expectations and the difference between the two on the impact of academic performance. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1) both parents' educational expectation and self-education expectation can positively predict the academic achievement of adolescents; The difference in educational expectation can negatively predict the academic achievement of adolescents. 2) Educational exploration and educational investment play an intermediary role between self-education expectation and adolescent academic achievement. The intermediary effect between parents' educational expectation and academic achievement is not significant. 3) Educational investment plays an intermediary role between educational expectation difference and academic achievement. Both parents' educational expectations and self-education expectations have an important impact on adolescents' academic achievement. And the greater the difference between the two is not conducive to the development of adolescent academic achievement. Educational expectations will affect academic achievement through educational exploration or educational input. But there are differences between parents' educational expectation and self-education expectation.
