【摘要】：随着大数据技术对教育的影响日趋深入,基于大数据的学习分析逐渐被应用于教育领域,对教育教学产生深刻影响。然而,目前各类学习系统或平台在数据采集、分析、处理、展示方面都有其专有形式,通用化程度低,不利于学习分析技术的推广应用。为应对这一问题,适时开展学习分析技术规范的国际比较研究,充分掌握现有规范的特点和不足,进而制定我国的自有标准,显得十分迫切和必要。本文从学习分析的概念界定入手,介绍与学习分析相关的分析模型、分析方法和分析工具,重点分析ADL、IMS和ISO/IEC三大标准组织制定的学习分析技术规范,并从学习数据记录存储流程、学习活动模型以及传输机制等方面剖析学习分析技术规范的内涵,然后从数据模型、服务接口与安全传输机制、标准间的映射关系、应用系统范畴四方面对当前国际主流的Caliper Analytics和xAPI两个学习分析技术规范进行比较,解析两者间的不同点和内在联系。文章最后从促进教育变革、助力学习者全面发展、基本数据与技术规范统一、制度保障等角度阐述学习分析技术对教育信息化教学的重要影响以及促进学习分析应用要关注的问题,以期对我国学习分析技术规范的制定提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing impact of big data technology on education, learning analysis based on big data is gradually applied in the field of education, which has a profound impact on education and teaching. At present, all kinds of learning systems or platforms in data collection, analysis, processing, display have their proprietary form, the degree of generalization is low, is not conducive to the popularization and application of learning analysis technology. In order to deal with this problem. Timely development of the international comparative study of learning and analysis technical norms, fully grasp the characteristics and shortcomings of existing norms, and then formulate our own standards. It is very urgent and necessary. This paper begins with the definition of the concept of learning analysis, introduces the analysis model, analysis methods and tools, and focuses on the analysis of ADL. IMS and ISO/IEC three standard organizations developed learning analysis technical specifications, and from the learning data record storage process. The connotation of learning analysis technology specification is analyzed from the aspects of learning activity model and transmission mechanism, and then the mapping relationship between data model, service interface and security transmission mechanism, and standard is analyzed. This paper compares the current international mainstream Caliper Analytics and xAPI learning analysis technical specifications from four aspects of system category. Finally, from the perspective of promoting educational reform, helping learners to develop in an all-round way, the basic data and technical norms are unified. From the point of view of system guarantee, this paper expounds the important influence of learning analysis technology on education information teaching and the problems that should be paid attention to in promoting the application of learning analysis, in order to provide a reference for the formulation of technical standard of learning analysis in our country.
