【摘要】：适应与超越是教师专业发展的两个向度。教师从新手到教育家有五个层级的发展,不同层级有其独有属性与层级特点。构建层级性的纵向梯度,提出教师专业发展的"五级梯度"体系,设计教师专业发展的"四维理路",有效解决将教师职业生涯周期与发展措施分而隔之的积弊,构建了教师专业发展的纵贯体系与横向模式。
[Abstract]:Adaptation and transcendence are two dimensions of teachers' professional development. Teachers have five levels of development from novice to educator, and different levels have their unique attributes and characteristics. This paper puts forward the "five-level gradient" system of teacher professional development, designs the "four-dimensional rational road" of teacher professional development, and effectively solves the problem of dividing the teacher's career cycle from the development measures. Construct the vertical system and horizontal mode of teacher professional development.
