【摘要】：正很长时间以来,我国学校教育大多只重视智力因素的培养,注重学生知识技能的锻炼,而忽视了学生心理素质的培养问题。随着时代的发展,社会上各种因素对学生的影响力与日俱增,如学业过重、就业压力等问题,使得大学生心理健康问题日益严重。有数据显示:自杀已经超越并取代疾病、交通意外,成为大学生意外死亡的第一大原因。而抑郁、悲观、自卑、成功焦虑等无疑是大学生自杀、他杀的重要原因。因
[Abstract]:For a long time, most of our school education only pay attention to the cultivation of intellectual factors, pay attention to the training of students' knowledge and skills, but ignore the cultivation of students' psychological quality. With the development of the times. The influence of various social factors on students is increasing, such as excessive study, employment pressure and other problems, which make the mental health problems of college students become more and more serious.
