受艾滋病影响中学生的心理复原力现状分析

【摘要】:目的:了解受艾滋病影响中学生心理复原力现状。方法:采用青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)对贵州毕节地区104名受艾滋病影响中学生进行调查。结果:受艾滋病影响中学生的总复原力水平得分为(80.24±10.52)分,5个维度的得分分别为,"目标专注"(2.72±0.66)分;"情绪控制"(3.44±0.79)分;"积极认知"(2.76±0.52)分;"人际协助"(3.44±0.69)分;"家庭支持"(3.70±0.64)分。性别、民族、同学关系、监护人等因素在复原力总分及其各维度上存在程度不同的差异。结论:毕节市受艾滋病影响中学生的心理复原力水平较低,对复原力的影响女生较男生、汉族较少数民族有一定优势,但年级、同学关系、监护人的影响趋势尚不确定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the current situation of mental resilience of middle school students affected by AIDS. Methods: the Adolescent resilience scale (RSCA) was used. 104 middle school students affected by AIDS in Bijie District, Guizhou Province were investigated. Results: the total resilience score of the middle school students affected by AIDS was 80.24 卤10.52). The scores of the five dimensions were 2.72 卤0.66). "emotion control" (3.44 卤0.79); "positive cognition" (2.76 卤0.52); "interpersonal assistance" (3.44 卤0.69); "Family support" (3.70 卤0.64). Gender, nationality, classmate relationship. Factors such as guardian in the total score of resilience and its dimensions are different. Conclusion: Bijie City by AIDS affected by the psychological resilience of secondary school students is lower, the impact on resilience of girls than boys. The Han nationality has some advantages over ethnic minorities, but the influence trend of grade, classmate relationship and guardian is uncertain.
