美国慕课评优原则分析

【摘要】:自2012年以来,全球引发了慕课建设热潮。为了表彰投身慕课运动、引领教育变革的优秀教师,美国两大慕课平台Coursera和ed X设立了杰出教师奖和杰出贡献奖,并于2016年全球伙伴会议上宣布了首批获奖教师名单。对两大平台年度奖项设置、评奖标准和候选人相关资料的分析,可以归纳出六条评优原则:获奖教师需要认同慕课价值观;获奖教师需提供高质量的教学体验;获奖教师应该对慕课教学非常投入;获奖教师对慕课教学发展做出突出贡献;获奖教师的慕课具有较大的影响面;获奖教师应为慕课发展的引领者,推动慕课的普及和发展。这些原则涉及教学理念、教学设计、教学投入、教学创新、教学影响面和教学领导力。这两大平台评优思路有三个角度,一是强调所设立的奖项与平台使命或愿景的一致性;二是要把慕课平台的有关学生数据作为评优的一个参考;三是获奖者要对慕课社区做出贡献。分析美国两大国际慕课平台的评优思路和原则,对于研究和开发中国的慕课评优标准具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Since 2012, the whole world has caused the craze of the construction of the Moving-class. In order to recognize the excellent teachers who join in the Moving-class movement and lead the educational reform. Coursera and ed X have established the Outstanding teacher Award and Outstanding contribution Award. In 2016, the Global Partners Conference announced the list of the first batch of award teachers. The analysis of the two major platforms of the annual awards, evaluation criteria and candidates related materials. It can be concluded that there are six principles of evaluation: winning teachers need to identify with the values of admiration; Award-winning teachers need to provide high-quality teaching experience; The award-winning teacher should be very devoted to the teaching of the admiration course; The award-winning teachers have made outstanding contributions to the development of the teaching of admiration courses; The award-winning teacher's admiration course has a great influence; The award-winning teachers should be the leaders of the development of the Moo lesson, and promote the popularization and development of the Moo course. These principles involve the teaching idea, the teaching design, the teaching investment and the teaching innovation. There are three ways to evaluate the platform: one is to emphasize the consistency between the awards and the mission or vision of the platform; Second, it is necessary to take the relevant student data of the course platform as a reference for the evaluation of excellence; Thirdly, the laureates should make a contribution to the Moo class community. The analysis of the ideas and principles of the two international platforms of the United States is of great significance for the research and development of the Chinese criteria for the evaluation of the Moo courses.
