智慧校园的智慧本质探讨——兼论智慧校园“智慧缺失”及建设策略

【摘要】:教育从信息化走向智慧教育是历史大势。作为智慧教育重要组成部分且是主要支撑的智慧校园,在新型教育现代化进程中地位重要,然而,人们在智慧校园认识和建设方面存在思想混乱、乱贴智慧标签的倾向,任其发展,将有损国家形象、教育声誉,有碍学生发展。智慧校园"智慧缺失"的深刻原因,既在于将"Smart"错译为智慧所致,又在于企业的故意为之以及人们的急功近利。应当从智慧时代的高度,以智慧教育的视角研究分析智慧校园的智慧本质以及战略构建方案。当代智慧的核心是创新创造,智慧教育的最大智慧是造就创新创造之人,智慧校园的智慧本质是为造就创新创造之人提供支持、支撑和服务。智慧校园的设计与建设要以现代化、智能化、创新化、引领化、社会化的"五化"为目的,实施机制创新、队伍提升、标准规范、以评促建等策略,并通过智慧校园达标、智慧校园先进校、智慧校园示范校等综合评估政策,来确保智慧校园智慧性的实现。
[Abstract]:Education from information to wisdom education is a historical trend. As an important part of intelligent education and the main support of the wisdom campus, in the new education modernization process is important, however. People in the wisdom of campus awareness and construction of ideological confusion, the tendency to tag the wisdom of random, let it develop, will damage the image of the country, educational reputation. The profound reason for the "lack of wisdom" in the wisdom campus lies in the mistranslation of "Smart" into wisdom. It also lies in the enterprise's intention to do it and people's eager for quick success and quick profit. It should be from the height of the age of wisdom. The core of contemporary wisdom is innovation and creation, and the greatest wisdom of wisdom education is to bring up creative and creative people. The essence of wisdom campus is to provide support, support and service for people who bring up innovation and creation. The design and construction of intelligent campus should aim at modernization, intelligence, innovation, leading and socialization. Implementation mechanism innovation, team upgrading, standards and norms, to evaluate and promote the construction of such strategies, and through intelligent campus standards, intelligent campus advanced schools, intelligent campus model schools and other comprehensive evaluation policies.
