心理健康教育:高等学校教育管理者的认知与评价

【摘要】：为了了解当前高等学校心理健康教育管理中存在的问题,我们考察了253名教育管理者对心理健康教育工作的认知与评价。结果表明:高等学校教育管理者应提高对心理健康教育的要求,推动心理健康教育工作的继续发展;进一步推进心理健康教育制度建设,并保证制度的顺利落实;在对心理健康教育兼职教师的要求上,既要注重教师的工作能力,也要注重教师的专业水平;在对心理健康教育专职教师的管理上,既要抓好工作效果,也要抓好队伍建设;高职院校教育管理者还应注意保障心理健康教育的高职特色,重视学生的实际心理需要。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the existing problems in the management of mental health education in colleges and universities. We investigated 253 educational administrators' cognition and evaluation of mental health education. The results showed that higher education administrators should improve their demands on mental health education. To promote the continuous development of mental health education; To further promote the construction of mental health education system and ensure the smooth implementation of the system; On the requirement of part-time teachers in mental health education, we should not only pay attention to teachers' working ability, but also pay attention to teachers' professional level. In the management of the full-time teachers of mental health education, we should not only do a good job of the work effect, but also do a good job in the construction of the team; Higher vocational education administrators should also pay attention to the characteristics of psychological health education and pay attention to the actual psychological needs of students.
