新毕业师范生的职业发展及生存境况研究

【摘要】：以辽宁省13个市2020名新毕业师范生为被试,采用自编问卷为调查工具,对其就业现状、职业发展和生存境况进行调查,发现学历层次对其就业、任教具有一定影响;新毕业师范生表现出从教适应关键期特征;工资、住房等生存境况是影响师范毕业生农村任教稳定性的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Taking 2020 new normal college students from 13 cities of Liaoning Province as the subjects, using self-made questionnaire as the investigation tool, the author investigated their employment status, professional development and living conditions, and found that the educational level had certain influence on their employment and teaching. The new graduates of normal school show the characteristics of adaptation period and the living conditions such as salary and housing are the important factors that affect the stability of teachers college graduates in rural teaching.
