学校心理学视角下的职业中学心理健康教育研究

【摘要】:随着职业教育改革的不断深入,职业中学的心理健康教育工作也有了长足的发展。但在许多人的观念里,心理健康教育往往局限于心理障碍和人格成长方面,工作对象主要是那些有心理问题的学生。特别是在大多数的职业中学里,学生学习与职业方面的管理服务职能统归于教务部门和就业指导部门,学生在学业和择业等方面产生的心理问题往往处在较为空白的地带。近年来,有学者提出了学校心理学的概念,主张以培养学生的积极人格为核心,将学生的学习辅导、人格辅导、生活辅导和职业辅导一起纳入到心理健康教育的范畴中来,从以往“矫治的心理辅导”转变为“培育的、发展的心理辅导”。对于职业中学来说,学校心理学所提倡的心理健康教育理念拓宽了职业中学心理健康教育的视野,改变了传统心理健康教育只关注心理有问题或适应不良的学生的观念,也实现了对传统人格辅导观念的创新。本文基于学校心理学的视角,遵循其学习辅导、人格辅导、生活辅导、职业辅导等四个方面的基本内容,力图构建较为系统的职业中学心理健康教育体系。首先,从理论的角度对学校心理学及其基本内容进行阐述,对职业中学的定义、特点进行总结,分析职业中学与普通中学的差异,并且对职业中学心理健康教育的内容从学校心理学视角进行简要的阐述。其次,分析职业中学心理健康教育的现状,探讨我国职业中学心理健康教育存在的问题及其原因。再次,通过深入的实地调查,搜集分析典型案例,进一步验证学校心理学对于创新并完善职业中学心理健康教育工作所具有的指导和促进作用。最后,运用学校心理学的基本理论及其所倡导的心理健康教育理念,力图构建面向全体职业中学生的学习、人格、生活、职业心理辅导体系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of vocational education reform, mental health education in vocational middle schools has made great progress. However, in many people's ideas, mental health education is often limited to mental disorders and personality development. Especially in most vocational secondary schools, the management and service functions of students' study and occupation are subordinate to the educational administration department and the employment guidance department. In recent years, some scholars have put forward the concept of school psychology, and advocated to cultivate students' positive personality as the core to guide students' study. Personality counseling, life counseling and vocational counseling have been brought into the category of mental health education, from "corrected psychological counseling" to "nurturing and developing psychological counseling". The concept of mental health education advocated by school psychology has broadened the vision of mental health education in vocational middle schools, and changed the traditional idea that only students with mental problems or poor adaptations are concerned about the traditional mental health education. This paper, based on the perspective of school psychology, follows its four basic contents: study guidance, personality guidance, life guidance, career counseling, etc. This paper tries to construct a systematic system of psychological health education in vocational middle schools. First of all, it expounds school psychology and its basic contents from a theoretical point of view, summarizes the definition and characteristics of vocational middle schools. The difference between vocational middle school and general middle school is analyzed, and the content of mental health education in vocational middle school is briefly expounded from the angle of school psychology. Secondly, the present situation of psychological health education in vocational middle school is analyzed. This paper discusses the problems and causes of mental health education in vocational middle schools in China. Thirdly, through in-depth field investigation, it collects and analyzes typical cases. Further verify the guidance and promotion function of school psychology to innovate and perfect the work of mental health education in vocational middle school. Finally, apply the basic theory of school psychology and the concept of mental health education advocated by school psychology. This paper tries to construct the system of study, personality, life and professional psychological guidance for all vocational middle school students.
