基于信息整合方法的网上同伴互评评阅人推荐系统分析与设计

【摘要】:日渐兴起的网上课程为世界各地的学习者们进行网上学习提供了便利,其中大规模网络公开课(Massive Open Online Course,简称MOOC)在众多网上课程中崭露头角。为解决MOOC课程中学习者的作业太多而导致授课老师无法在限定时间内批改的问题,MOOC的课程设计者们在网上课程中增添了同伴互评这一环节。MOOC中的同伴互评在减轻课程老师的负担,丰富学习者的知识和开阔学习者的视野以及提高学习者参与网上课程的积极性等方面发挥了重要作用。但是,据众多MOOC学习者反应,现行MOOC的同伴互评系统在为学习者作业分配评阅人这一问题上还存在着不足,具体表现为同伴互评过程中作业评阅语言粗鲁和作业得分过高或过低等一系列问题的存在。为此:本研究提出从评阅人的评阅意愿、评阅人的评阅能力和评阅人与作业的相关度三个维度出发整合学习者信息和学习者的作业信息,并在一定的约束条件下对候选评阅人和其它学习者的作业进行匹配,然后再根据匹配结果为每一份学习者的作业推荐评阅人。为检测同伴互评评阅人推荐方法和推荐模型的有效性,中国某一大学的46名管理信息系统专业的学生参与了我们的实验研究。实验结果表明:使用同伴互评评阅人推荐方法的实验组学生比使用现行方法分配评阅人的对照组学生在作业最终评分、作业评语、评阅人的态度以及与老师评阅的结果相比同伴给出的评阅结果是否满意等几个方面均具有更高的满意度。由此证明本研究提出的同伴互评评阅人推荐系统在提高学习者同伴互评的满意度方面发挥着显著作用。
[Abstract]:The rising number of online courses has facilitated online learning for learners around the world. Among them, massive Open Online course (MOOCfor short) has emerged in many online courses. In order to solve the problem of too much homework for learners in MOOC course, the teacher can not correct it in a limited time. Participants added peer peer reviews to online courses. Peer peer reviews in MOOC reduced the burden on course teachers. Enriching learners' knowledge, broadening their horizons and promoting learners' enthusiasm to participate in online courses have played an important role. However, according to the response of many MOOC learners, The current peer evaluation system of MOOC still has some shortcomings in assigning reviewers to learners' assignments. It is manifested in a series of problems, such as the rude language of homework review and the high or low score of homework in the process of peer evaluation. The ability of the reviewer and the relevance between the reviewer and the assignment are three dimensions to integrate the learner information with the learner's homework information and to match the candidate's and other learners' homework under certain constraints. Then, according to the matching results, the reviewers for each learner's assignment are recommended. In order to test the validity of peer peer review reviewers' recommendation method and recommendation model, A total of 46 students majoring in management information systems at a university in China participated in our experimental study. The experimental results show that the experimental group with peer peer review recommendation method is more likely to use the current method than the current method. The students in the control group scored at the end of the assignment. Homework comments, The attitude of the evaluator and the satisfaction of the peer compared with the result of the teacher review have higher satisfaction. It is proved that the peer review recommendation system proposed in this study can improve the performance of the peer review system. The satisfaction of peer evaluation plays a significant role.
