深化课程改革背景下教师核心素养发展问题研究

【摘要】:核心素养不应该是学生的专利,而理应是21世纪全体社会成员都必须具备的素养,当前处于"深水期"的课程改革给教师带来的诸多压力与挑战,使得对教师核心素养的研究显得愈加现实而紧迫。教师核心素养的发展受到教师自身生理、心理、知识结构以及教师所处外部环境等因素的影响。在构建教师核心素养框架体系时应考虑到个人价值与社会价值相统一、遵循教师职业特点及发展特点、坚持"本土建构"等原则。教师核心素养的培育须围绕核心素养开发学校课程体系、将核心素养贯彻到教师教育一体化进程、构建教师学习共同体、利用信息技术发展教师核心素养以及完善教师管理与评价机制。
[Abstract]:The core accomplishment should not be the patent of the student, but should be the accomplishment that all the members of society must possess in 21th century. At present, the curriculum reform in "deep water" brings a lot of pressure and challenge to the teachers. It makes the research of teacher's core accomplishment more realistic and urgent. The development of teacher's core accomplishment is influenced by the teacher's own physiology and psychology. When constructing the framework system of teachers' core accomplishment, the unity of individual value and social value should be taken into account, and teachers' professional characteristics and development characteristics should be followed. The cultivation of teachers' core literacy should focus on the development of the school curriculum system, implement the core literacy into the process of integration of teacher education, and construct the teachers' learning community. Using information technology to develop teachers' core literacy and improve teacher management and evaluation mechanism.
