大学生反刍思维、心理韧性和抑郁、焦虑的关系及干预

【摘要】:反刍思维指个体针对生活事件及自身情绪所产生的反复性的思维方式。以往研究的关注点多集中于反刍思维消极意义,但是也有少数研究者认为反刍思维同样有积极意义。前人研究发现,反刍思维尤其是消极反刍与抑郁、焦虑等情绪障碍有很强的关联性,但是也有一些研究发现即便个体有较高的反刍思维水平,也没有发展成抑郁的不良结果。这可能是因为有中介因子在起作用,缓冲反刍思维的消极影响。心理韧性作为个体心理健康的重要保护因子,可以使个体在遭受外界严重压力和面临威胁环境时成功应对且正常发展。本研究探究了心理韧性在反刍思维与抑郁、焦虑之间可能存在的中介作用,并且通过积极反刍训练来增加积极反刍,减少消极反刍,提升心理韧性以及改善抑郁和焦虑等不良情绪。研究包括两个部分:首先以367名在校大学生为样本,使用问卷调查法及数据统计法,探究积极反刍、消极反刍、心理韧性与抑郁、焦虑的关系,验证心理韧性的中介作用;然后基于大学生反刍思维量表的积极反刍的两维度及其中条目,设计为期5次、每次2小时的积极反刍团体心理辅导方案。以自愿报名的28名大学生为研究对象(实验组14人,对照组14人),测量积极反刍训练干预前后的反刍思维、心理韧性、抑郁、焦虑以及主观幸福感的变化。研究主要得出以下结论:1.消极反刍正向预测抑郁和焦虑,心理韧性分别在在消极反刍对抑郁和焦虑的作用之间存在部分中介作用;积极反刍负向预测抑郁,积极反刍无法预测焦虑心理韧性在积极反刍与抑郁之间存在部分中介作用;2.大学生反刍思维以及自我否定、抑制快乐、享受快乐维度在性别上存在显著差异,女生消极反刍得分以及自我否定和抑制快乐两个消极维度得分显著高于男生,积极反刍的享受快乐得分显著低于男生;3.通过基于积极反刍的团体辅导可以减少大学生的消极反刍,增强积极反刍,提升心理韧性及情绪控制维度;显著降低抑郁水平,提升主观幸福感。在一个月之后的追踪测量中团辅的效果依然存在。
[Abstract]:Rumination refers to the individual due to their own emotional life events and repetitive thinking. Previous studies concern more focused on rumination negative sense, but a few researchers believe that rumination also have a positive significance. Previous studies found that rumination especially negative rumination and depression, there is strong correlation anxiety disorders, but there are also some studies found that even if the individual has a higher level of rumination, no adverse outcomes in developing depression. This is probably because there are intermediary factors at play, negative effects of rumination. Buffer mental toughness as an important protective factor for the mental health of the individual, can make individual in from outside serious pressure and threat to environment and cope with normal development. This study explores the mental toughness in rumination and depression, anxiety may exist in between The intermediary role, and through positive rumination training to increase positive rumination, reduce negative rumination, enhance mental toughness and improve depression and anxiety. The research includes two parts: first, with 367 college students as samples, using questionnaire investigation and data statistics, inquiry positive rumination, negative rumination, and mental toughness the relationship between depression, anxiety, mental toughness to verify the intermediary role; then the two dimension and the entry of positive rumination Rumination Scale Based on the design for 5 times, 2 hours each time a positive anti group counseling program. In 28 college students volunteered as the research object (14 in experimental group and control group 14), were measured before and after the training intervention positive rumination rumination, mental toughness, depression, anxiety and changes in subjective well-being. Main conclusions are as follows: 1. positive negative rumination The prediction of depression and anxiety, mental toughness in negative between rumination on depression and anxiety of the part of the intermediary role; positive rumination negatively predicted depression, positive rumination can predict resilience anxiety has a partial mediating effect between positive rumination and depression; 2. rumination and self denial, suppress happiness, enjoy happiness dimensions significant differences in gender, girls score and negative rumination self denial and suppression of happy two negative scores were significantly higher than that of boys, positive rumination enjoyment scores were significantly lower than male students; 3. through positive rumination group counseling based on students can reduce negative rumination, enhance positive rumination, enhance mental toughness and emotional control dimension was significantly decreased; the level of depression, improvement of subjective well-being. Tracing measurement after one month in group auxiliary effect still exists.
