学生创新能力发展的整体设计与策略组合

【摘要】：学生创新能力的培养对于国家发展、个体发展至关重要,其核心任务是让学生个体具有创新性思维、创新型人格。有利于创新能力发展的环境条件包括教育目标、过程、制度等方面。应把培养学生的创新能力作为教育的优先目标,通过开设思维课程、改进教育方法等举措培养学生的发散性思维、聚合性思维、批判性思维等思维技能,激发和培养学生对于创新的兴趣、爱好等创新型人格,改革教育评价与教育管理体制机制,为学生创新能力培养提供制度保障。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of students' innovative ability is very important for national development and individual development. Its core task is to enable students to have innovative thinking and innovative personality. The environmental conditions conducive to the development of innovative ability include educational objectives and processes. The training of students' innovative ability should be regarded as the priority goal of education, and the students' thinking skills such as divergent thinking, collective thinking and critical thinking should be cultivated through the establishment of thinking courses and the improvement of educational methods. To stimulate and cultivate students' innovative personality, to reform educational evaluation and educational management system, and to provide institutional guarantee for the cultivation of students' innovative ability.
