E幼教集团招聘体系优化方案研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国市场竞争越来越激烈,人力资源逐渐成为企业的核心竞争力,如何通过科学的招聘体系引进优质人才成为人力资源管理者关注的热点问题。笔者作为一名在人力资源领域工作的企业招聘人员,想结合目前的工作现状和公司面临的招聘问题做出分析和研究。本课题研究选取E幼教集团作为研究对象,首先对招聘体系相关理论进行阐述,围绕E集团招聘管理工作的现状,从E集团招聘体系的招募阶段、甄选阶段、录用与反馈阶段进行分析,提出E集团目前招聘存在的问题为:人员编制随意更改、岗位定位不明确、招聘渠道不够灵活、面试官面试较随意、甄选方法较单一、背景调查不够重视、拟录用人选流失、招聘效果评估不够重视。然后进行招聘体系现存问题的动因分析。最后提出了招聘体系各阶段优化方案。招募阶段优化方案为:实施与集团战略匹配的人力资源规划、对招聘岗位进行基于胜任力素质的工作分析、灵活选择招聘渠道;甄选阶段优化方案为:提升面试官专业度、运用全面的甄选方法、重视背景调查;录用与反馈阶段优化方案为:优化录用审批流程、加强招聘效果评估。招聘后的优化方案为:关注人才后续的培养和激励、运用PDCA理论进行招聘优化。为了顺利实施优化方案,集团需从企业文化、制度、人员等方面进行保障。本课题希望通过对E集团招聘体系优化方案研究,解决E集团现存的招聘问题,或者能够为E集团解决招聘问题提供一定的思路和建议,从而提高招聘工作的质量及效率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly fierce market competition in China, human resources have gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to introduce high-quality talents through a scientific recruitment system has become a hot issue for human resource managers. I want to analyze and study the current job situation and the recruitment problems faced by the company. This paper selects E preschool education group as the research object, first of all, it expounds the relevant theory of recruitment system. According to the present situation of recruitment management in E Group, this paper analyzes the recruitment stage, selection stage, recruitment and feedback stage of E Group recruitment system, and points out that the problems existing in E Group recruitment are as follows: the staffing changes at will. The position position is not clear, the recruitment channel is not flexible enough, the interviewers interview is more casual, the selection method is single, the background check is not enough attention, the candidate to be hired is lost. The evaluation of recruitment effect is not paid enough attention to. Then the motivation analysis of the existing problems in the recruitment system is carried out. Finally, the optimization scheme of each stage of recruitment system is put forward. The optimization scheme of recruitment stage is: implement the human resource planning matching with the group strategy, The job analysis based on competence and the flexible selection of recruitment channels are carried out in the recruitment positions. The optimization scheme in the selection stage is as follows: to enhance the professional degree of the interviewers, to use the comprehensive selection method and to attach importance to background checks; The optimization scheme of recruitment and feedback stage is: optimizing the approval process of employment, strengthening the evaluation of recruitment effect. The optimization scheme after recruitment is: pay attention to the training and encouragement of talents, apply the theory of PDCA to the optimization of recruitment, in order to carry out the optimization scheme smoothly, The group needs to guarantee the enterprise culture, system, personnel and so on. This subject hopes to solve the existing recruitment problems of group E by studying the optimization scheme of E group recruitment system. Or can provide some ideas and suggestions for E Group to solve recruitment problems, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of recruitment.
