大学新生学习倦怠与学习投入:希望特质的调节作用——基于北大医学新生的实证研究

【摘要】:近年来,大学生学习倦怠和学习投入受到了国内外研究者的普遍关注。降低学习倦怠,提高学习投入直接关系到学生的健康成长。希望是一个积极的心理特质,被认为在压力应对过程中起到调节作用。本研究通过对五百余名北京大学2014级医学新生的调查,发现医学新生的学习投入处于中等水平,希望特质与学习投入正相关,与学习倦怠负相关。希望特质能够缓冲学习倦怠对学习投入的影响,希望特质的培养在学生教育中有重要作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, college students' learning burnout and learning investment have received widespread attention from researchers at home and abroad. Reducing learning burnout and increasing learning engagement are directly related to the healthy growth of students. Hope is a positive psychological trait. It is believed to play a regulatory role in stress response. Through a survey of more than 500 medical freshmen in Peking University in 2014, it was found that the learning commitment of medical freshmen was at a moderate level, and the hope trait was positively correlated with learning investment. Hope trait can buffer the influence of learning burnout on learning input, and the cultivation of hope trait plays an important role in student education.
