当代新教师专业发展研究现状:基于知识图谱CiteSpace的分析

【摘要】:采用知识图谱可视化软件CiteSpace,对2001~2016年新教师专业发展研究进行梳理,从研究热点、研究前沿和知识背景三个方面切入,发现当代新教师专业发展的研究热点聚焦以下几个方面:专业知识和专业态度等专业素养研究;教师教育、入职培训、反思等专业发展途径研究;数学和科学等学科新教师专业发展研究;质性研究方法。新教师专业发展研究的未来研究趋势主要是关注新教师个人专业素养(实践性知识、专业信念和专业认同等)的提升以及新教师自主学习。
[Abstract]:By using the visualization software of knowledge map, Cite Space, this paper combs the research on the professional development of new teachers from 2001 to 2016, from three aspects: research hotspot, research frontier and knowledge background. It is found that the research focus of contemporary new teachers' professional development is on the following aspects: professional knowledge and professional attitude research, teacher education, induction training, reflection and other professional development approaches; Research on New Teachers' Professional Development in Mathematics, Science and other disciplines; qualitative research methods. The future research trend of new teachers' professional development is to pay attention to the new teachers' personal professional accomplishment (practical knowledge, practical knowledge, and so on). The promotion of professional beliefs and professional identity, etc.) and the autonomous learning of new teachers.
