湖北省教师教育网联同步课堂教学互动观察与效果分析研究

【摘要】:我国的教师教育改革发展正处于关键时期,教育信息化的不断发展促进了教师教育发展的战略性转变,网联同步课堂是实现这一转变的重大举措和突破口。为了促进教师教育优质资源共享、平衡区域发展,湖北省教育厅联合湖北省十六所师范类院校组建了湖北省教师教育网络联盟,通过网联同步课堂的方式进行师范生培养。在网联同步课堂环境下,教学互动过程发生了很大改变,本文以此为切入点,对同步课堂教学互动进行研究。本文以湖北省网联同步课堂为研究对象,进行课堂互动观察,分析课堂教学互动,并采用对学生进行问卷调查和对教师进行访谈的方法分析同步课堂互动效果,发现其中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进策略。基于以上思路,本文分为六章展开研究:第一章,介绍了本文的研究背景与研究意义,梳理国内外对于课堂互动的研究成果,并阐述了论文的主要研究内容和采用的研究方法;第二章,对湖北省教师教育网联同步课堂架构和教学互动特点进行分析。首先,对教师教育网联同步课堂进行总体介绍;其次,介绍同步课堂环境建设以及数据传输方式;最后对同步课堂互动过程以及互动特点进行分析;第三章,根据网联同步课堂环境特点和教学互动的特点,基于FIAS和ITIAS设计同步课堂教学互动行为观察量表,选取网联同步课堂互动观察案例,根据该量表对案例课堂实录进行编码,并进行数据的收集,在数据统计及分析的基础上,分析课堂互动行为;第四章,通过对学生进行问卷调查和对教师进行访谈的方式对同步课堂教学互动效果进行分析;第五章,基于课堂观察与效果分析的基础,对同步课堂教学互动中存在的问题进行总结,并提出改进的建议和策略;第六章,总结研究过程,反思研究的不足并对进一步的研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:The reform and development of teacher education in our country is in a critical period. The continuous development of educational informatization has promoted the strategic transformation of teacher education development. In order to promote the sharing of high-quality resources for teacher education and balance regional development, The Education Department of Hubei Province, in conjunction with 16 normal colleges in Hubei Province, has formed a network alliance of teachers' education in Hubei Province to train the students of teachers' colleges through the simultaneous classroom of the network federation. In the synchronous classroom environment of the network federation, The process of teaching interaction has changed a lot. This paper takes this as the starting point to study the synchronous classroom teaching interaction. This paper takes the synchronized classroom of Hubei Province as the research object, carries on the classroom interaction observation, analyzes the classroom teaching interaction. This paper analyzes the effect of synchronous classroom interaction by questionnaire survey on students and interviews with teachers, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies. Based on the above ideas, this paper is divided into six chapters: chapter one, This paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper, combs the domestic and foreign research results on classroom interaction, and describes the main research content and research methods. This paper analyzes the characteristics of synchronous classroom structure and teaching interaction in Hubei Province. Firstly, it introduces the synchronous classroom of teacher education network, secondly, it introduces the construction of synchronous classroom environment and the mode of data transmission. Finally, the synchronous classroom interaction process and interaction characteristics are analyzed. Chapter three, according to the characteristics of synchronous classroom environment and teaching interaction, based on FIAS and ITIAS, we design the observation scale of synchronous classroom teaching interaction behavior. According to this scale, the classroom record is coded, and the data is collected. On the basis of data statistics and analysis, the classroom interaction behavior is analyzed. Chapter 4th, Through the questionnaire survey to the students and interviews with teachers to analyze the interactive effect of synchronous classroom teaching. Chapter 5th, based on the basis of classroom observation and effect analysis, summarizes the existing problems in synchronous classroom teaching interaction. Chapter 6th summarizes the research process, reflects on the shortcomings of the research and looks forward to further research.
