生态位视域下农村小规模学校的定位与发展

【摘要】:农村小规模学校是我国农村教育的重要办学形式之一,承载着"乡村文化灵魂""教育创新源泉"和"和谐精神家园"等生态功能。由于长期劣势发展,农村学校生存环境恶化、生态位失衡,无法适应现代化发展需要。农村教育发展应回归"以人为本"的价值原点,乡土为根、创新为源,促进教育公平守护社会生态,建设乡村教育培育文化生态,自下而上改善教育生态。当前,应遵循生态可持续发展原则,优先扶持农村地区、薄弱学校和弱势群体,活化农村小规模学校办学机制,促进农村教育与乡村社会的协同发展。
[Abstract]:Small-scale rural schools are one of the important forms of rural education in China. They carry the ecological functions of "soul of rural culture", "source of educational innovation" and "harmonious spiritual homeland". The development of rural education should return to the value origin of "people-oriented", the root of the local land and innovation as the source, promote the education equity to protect the social ecology, and build the cultural ecology of rural education. At present, we should follow the principle of ecological sustainable development, give priority to supporting rural areas, weak schools and vulnerable groups, activate the mechanism of running small schools in rural areas, and promote the coordinated development of rural education and rural society.
