社会阶层视角下的师生关系

【摘要】:师生关系是学校里的基本人际关系,更是影响学生发展的关键变量。以往研究多着眼于教师职业道德,而忽视了师生互动中教师面对的学生来源于不同家庭,打着家庭所处阶层的烙印这一客观现实。基于三个城镇27所小学70名教师、1 527名学生的问卷调查数据,以及观察和访谈资料,分析师生关系与学生所处社会阶层的关系以及相关因素的阶层差异。结果显示,学生主观感知到的公平感、师生的语言含义理解、参与机会、人际互动的判断方式等方面存在阶层差异,并且阶层差异得到教师群体的印证。师生关系的阶层差异事关教育公平,改善师生关系需要培养教师应对学生阶层差异的能力。
[Abstract]:The teacher-student relationship is the basic interpersonal relationship in the school, and it is also the key variable that affects the development of students. Previous studies have focused on teachers' professional ethics, but neglected that the students teachers face in teacher-student interaction come from different families. This objective reality, imprinted by the class of the family, is based on the survey data of 70 teachers and 1,527 students from 27 primary schools in three towns, as well as observations and interviews, This paper analyzes the relationship between teacher-student relationship and the social stratum of students and the class differences of related factors. The results show that students' subjective perception of fairness, the understanding of teachers and students' language meaning, the opportunity to participate, There is a class difference in the judgment of interpersonal interaction, and the class difference is confirmed by the teacher group. The stratum difference of the teacher-student relationship is related to the educational fairness. To improve the teacher-student relationship, we need to cultivate teachers' ability to deal with the differences of the students' stratum.
