基于道德立场的学校组织变革何以可能——学校组织道德学习的视角

【摘要】：对学校组织道德学习的本然特质与发生机制的探寻,有助于基于道德立场的学校组织变革理论与实践的进步。学校组织道德学习对学校组织变革的整体实现有诸多益处,体现于学校组织内部的个体本身、个体间关系,乃至学校组织与其他学校组织关系发展诸方面。要推进学校组织道德学习进程,须借助个人、学校组织及教育政策等方面的共同努力。
[Abstract]:The exploration of the nature and mechanism of school organization moral learning is helpful to the progress of the theory and practice of school organization change based on moral standpoint. School organization moral learning has many benefits for the overall realization of school organization change. In order to promote the process of moral learning in the school organization, the individual itself, the relationship between the individual and the school organization, and the relationship between the school organization and other school organizations should be promoted through the help of the individual. Joint efforts in school organization and educational policy.
