大学生欺负行为、自尊与社交焦虑的现状及其关系研究

【摘要】:欺负行为是指拥有更多力量的个体对更加弱小的个体有意进行的有破坏性性结果的负性行为。它有三种类型:(1)身体欺负,即打人、踢人、推搡人等;(2)财物欺负,掠夺他人的物品;(3)语言欺负,骂人、羞辱人、嘲讽、起绰号;(4)间接欺负或间接欺负,表现为借助第三方,通过社交关系进行造成精神上的伤害。自尊是指个体对本身进行自我评价,它表示了肯定或者否定的一种态度,表示了个体在多高的程度上坚信自身是有能力的、有力量的、重要的、成功的和价值高的。社交焦虑的定义为当个体对在陌生的社交场景中暴露或被多人注视的社交场合怀有持久和显著的恐惧、焦虑、紧张情绪,担心自身会做出令自己难堪、丢脸的举动。为了了解大学生欺负行为、自尊、社交焦虑的现状,探索欺负行为与自尊、社交焦虑的关系,本研究采用调查法,从广西四所大学抽取800名大学生为被试,使用大学生欺负行为问卷、自尊量表、社交焦虑量表为研究工具进行问卷调查。所得数据采用描述性统计分析、t检验、单因素方差分析、积差相关分析、线性回归等方法进行统计分析。研究得出以下结论:(1)大学生欺负行为以言语被欺负形式为主;大学生的社交焦虑处于中等水平;大学生的自尊处于中等水平;(2)大学生欺负、关系欺负、言语欺负在性别上存在显著性差异;(3)大学生欺负行为问卷各个维度在专业、生源地、年级因素上存在显著性差异;(4)大学生关系欺负、言语欺负、言语被欺负在是否是独生子女上存在显著性差异;(5)大学生自尊在生源地、专业、年级因素方面存在显著性差异;(6)大学生社交焦虑在专业、生源地、年级因素方面存在显著性差异;(7)大学生欺负行为与自尊、社交焦虑两两之间呈现显著负相关;(8)欺负行为和自尊对社交焦虑都具有显著地负向预测作用;(9)自尊是欺负行为和社交焦虑的中介因素,起到部分中介效应作用。
[Abstract]:Bullying refers to the destructive negative behavior deliberately carried out by individuals with more power against weaker individuals. Self-esteem refers to an individual's self-evaluation of himself, which expresses a positive or negative attitude, indicating the degree to which an individual is convinced that he or she is capable and powerful. Social anxiety is defined as persistent and significant fear, anxiety, tension when individuals are exposed in unfamiliar social settings or are watched by many people. In order to understand the status of bullying, self-esteem, social anxiety, and explore the relationship between bullying and self-esteem, social anxiety, this study used a survey method. A total of 800 college students were selected from four universities in Guangxi. The questionnaire of bullying behavior, self-esteem scale and social anxiety scale were used as the research tools. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and t test. Univariate analysis of variance, product difference correlation analysis, linear regression and other methods. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) the bullying behavior of college students is mainly in the form of verbal bullying, the social anxiety of college students is in the medium level; The self-esteem of college students is at the middle level. (2) there are significant differences in gender among students' bullying, relationship bullying and verbal bullying. There were significant differences in grade factors (4) relationship bullying, verbal bullying and verbal bullying among college students. (5) Self-esteem of college students was in the place of students' origin and major. There were significant differences in grade factors (6) students' social anxiety in major, place of students and grade factors (7) bullying behavior and self-esteem of college students. There was a significant negative correlation between social anxiety and bullying. (both bullying and self-esteem had a significant negative predictive effect on social anxiety.) Self-esteem was a mediating factor of bullying and social anxiety, which played a part of intermediary effect.
