苗族初中生反刍思维在正念与消极情绪间的中介作用:基于Bootstrap法的潜变量建模分析

【摘要】:应用潜变量建模的方法探讨反刍思维在苗族初中生正念与消极情绪间的内在关系。选用正念注意觉知量表,积极消极情绪量表以及反刍思维量表对920名苗族初中生进行调查。研究结果表明:(1)苗族初中生的正念与消极情绪显著负相关;(2)反刍思维在苗族正念对消极情绪的影响中发挥完全中介作用,其中介效应占总效应的74.5%。因此,苗族初中生的正念通过反刍思维影响个体的消极情绪。
[Abstract]:The latent variable modeling method was used to explore the inner relationship of ruminant thinking between mindfulness and negative emotion of Miao junior high school students. 920 junior high school students of Miao nationality were investigated by positive negative emotion scale and ruminant thinking scale. The results showed that the positive thoughts of Miao junior high school students were negatively correlated with negative emotions. Play a full intermediary role in influence, Therefore, the mindfulness of Miao junior high school students affects the negative emotions of individuals through ruminant thinking.
