父母教养方式和大学生职业价值观的关系：成就动机的中介作用

【摘要】：职业价值观是影响大学生就业的重要因素,成熟的职业价值观能够引导大学生形成正确的就业意识,确立合适的就业方向。本研究探讨了父母教养方式对大学生职业价值观的影响,同时探索了成就动机在父母教养方式与大学生职业价值观上的中介作用。本研究采用父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)、成就动机量表(AMS)和职业价值观量表(WVI)对上海两所高校的本科生进行调查。共发放问卷700份,最终回收655份问卷,其中有效问卷为546份。运用皮尔逊相关分析、逐步回归分析探索了大学生职业价值观、父母教养方式和成就动机之间的关系以及成就动机在父母教养方式和职业价值观上所起的作用。研究发现如下结果:第一,根据对人口学变量的分析发现,大学生职业价值观存在显著的性别、年级和专业差异;父母教养方式存在显著的性别和专业差异;成就动机存在显著的年级差异。第二,关于大学生职业价值观、父母教养方式和成就动机的关系,发现,父母教养方式和成就动机对大学生的职业价值观有影响。父母情感温暖理解、父母偏爱、父亲过度保护、母亲过分干涉过分的教养方式和成就动机对大学生职业价值观有积极作用;父母惩罚严厉、父亲过分干涉、父母拒绝否认对职业价值观消极作用。父母教养方式对成就动机有影响。父母情感温暖理解对大学生成就动机有积极作用,母亲偏爱对成就动机有消极作用。第三,关于成就动机在父母教养方式与大学生职业价值观上的中介作用发现,成就动机在父母教养方式和职业价值观之间起部分中介作用,即父母教养方式不仅能直接影响大学生的职业价值观,还能通过成就动机间接影响职业价值观。本研究有利于父母运用更加积极的教养方式来引导子女更充分的了解自身,明确自身就业倾向,以便更加理性而成功的实现就业。另一方面,高校要引导学生制定适合的成就目标和科学地对大学生进行职业价值观的教育,从而使大学生更充分的了解自己,了解职业价值观,进而顺利就业。
[Abstract]:Vocational values are important factors that affect college students' employment. Mature vocational values can lead college students to form correct sense of employment. This study explores the influence of parental rearing style on college students' professional values. At the same time, it explores the mediating role of achievement motivation in parental rearing style and college students' professional values. This study uses the parental rearing style evaluation scale (Embu), the Achievement motivation scale (AMS) and the career values scale (WVI) for the two high schools in Shanghai. A total of 700 questionnaires were sent out to undergraduates. Finally, 655 questionnaires were collected, of which 546 were valid. Using Pearson correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the professional values of college students. Warm understanding of parents' emotion has a positive effect on college students' achievement motivation, while mother's preference has negative effect on achievement motivation. Third, On the intermediary role of achievement motivation in parental rearing style and college students' professional values, it is found that achievement motivation plays a part intermediary role between parental rearing style and professional values. That is, parental rearing style can not only directly affect the professional values of college students, but also indirectly affect vocational values through achievement motivation. This study is helpful for parents to use more positive parenting methods to guide their children to fully understand themselves. On the other hand, colleges and universities should guide students to formulate appropriate achievement goals and scientifically educate college students on vocational values. In order to make college students more fully understand themselves, understand professional values, and then smooth employment.
