山东省教师教育网学习共同体研究

【摘要】:百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。教师是教育改革和发展的关键。近年来,在以互联网为代表的信息技术的推动下,教育部“国培计划”的引领下,以及“互联网+教师专业发展”工程全面开展,促使网络教师学习共同体成为教育界关注的焦点。网络教师学习共同体是教师利用网络学习平台,以提升自身专业素养和职业能力为宗旨,教师间互相协商、交流意见、资源共享,最终促进教师共同发展。山东省教师教育网是以促进教师专业成长为价值追求的、是国内领先的教师网络社区,为教师营造了和谐交流的温馨空间,为教师专业发展开辟了新天地。本论文针对山东省教师教育网学习共同体进行研究,目的在于促进教师专业发展,完善教师教育新途径。研究意义理论层面上,梳理教师学习共同体的相关理论,理清理论脉络,为相关研究提供理论借鉴;实践层面上,从教师教育网学习共同体的实践出发,分析其优势和问题,为完善教师教育网学习共同体构建提供改进建议,也为其他地区网络教师学习共同体构建提供实际借鉴。本论文研究思路,在理清相关理论的基础上,探究教师教育网学习共同体的构建现状;采用访谈法和问卷调查法,调查教师参与教师教育网学习共同体的目的和参与程度、教师教育网学习共同体对教师专业成长的影响,教师对教师教育网的认知态度;整理和分析访谈和调查结果,总结得出教师网络学习共同体优势以及存在的问题;最终在此基础上提出完善教师教育网学习共同体构建的建议。本论文研究结果,教师教育网学习共同体构建现状,主要活动设置有名师课例打磨、网络研修、齐鲁师坊等精彩纷呈的学习共同体空间,为教师提供交流场域和学习资源。笔者通过对访谈和问卷调查资源的整理和分析,得出教师参与程度不高,更多是浏览教育视频和文章以及发文评价,教师参与交流、发表见解、共享资源程度较低,教师更多是旁观者的角色。教师参与教师教育网学习共同体后,其教学理论和教学能力都有一定提升。教学理论上更新教师观念、深化新课程改革的认识和理解等;在教学能力上提升班级管理、教学设计、科学研究能力等。整体结果总结教师教育网学习共同体具有为教师建立和谐交流场域、构筑跨越时空的交流平台、提供虚实结合的资源共享、促进教师教学能力提升的优势,与此同时也存在教师缺乏参与主动性、评价激励机制不足、研修内容自主选择性不强、实际互动空间不够、形式主义的问题。最后,论文针对访谈和调查中存在的问题提出改进建议,主要从增强教师教育网络成员参与程度、完善教师教育网络平台评价机制、丰富教师教育网络共享资源内容、共筑教师教育网络美好精神家园四个方面进行论述。
[Abstract]:For this project, education; educational plans, the teacher is the key of education reform and development. In recent years, in order to promote the Internet as the representative of the information technology, the Ministry of education, "national training plan" and "Internet plus under the guidance of teacher professional development" project development, the network of teachers the learning community has become the focus of educational circles. The network learning community of teachers is the teachers to use network learning platform, to enhance their professional quality and ability of teachers occupation for the purpose of mutual consultation, exchange of ideas, sharing of resources, and ultimately promote the common development of teachers. Teacher education in Shandong province is to promote the professional growth of teachers to the pursuit of value. The teacher is the leading online community, and create a harmonious exchange of warm space for teachers, has opened up new horizons for the professional development of teachers. This thesis focuses on the study of teacher education network in Shandong Province Learning community research, the purpose is to promote the professional development of teachers, improve the new way of teacher education. The significance of the research on the theoretical level, the related theories of teacher learning community, clarify the theory, to provide theoretical reference for the related research; practice, starting from the practice of Teacher Education Network learning community, analyzes its advantages and problems, for to improve teacher education network learning community construction to provide suggestions for improvement, also to construct learning community provides practical reference for other areas of network teachers. The research ideas, based on clarifying the relevant theory on the study of teacher education network learning community construction status; using interviews and questionnaires, teacher education network learning community and participation survey of the teachers participating in Teachers' education network learning community for teachers' professional development, teachers' cognition of Teacher Education Network Attitude; collation and analysis of interviews and survey results, concluded that the teachers' network learning community advantages and problems; finally put forward on the basis of perfect community suggestions for the construction of teacher education network learning. The results of this research, teacher education network learning community construction status, the main activities are arranged teacher lesson network training, learning and polishing Qilu community colorful square division, provides the exchange field and learning resources for teachers. The author through the collation and analysis of interviews and questionnaire survey of resources, the involvement of the teachers is not high, more is to browse the video and posting articles and educational evaluation, teachers participate in the exchange, comments, low degree of sharing resources, teachers more than a bystander. Teachers' participation in teacher education network learning community, the teaching theory and teaching ability of teaching theory have some improvement. To update the concept of teachers and the deepening of new curriculum reform and understanding; improve classroom management, teaching ability in the teaching design, the ability of scientific research. The overall results of teacher education network learning community is to build a harmonious communication field for teachers to build communication across time and space platform, provide the combination of resource sharing, promote teachers' teaching ability advantage, at the same time there are teachers lack of initiative participation, evaluation and incentive mechanism is insufficient, the content of the training initiative is not strong, the actual interaction space formalism problems. Finally, aiming at the existing problems in the survey interviews and recommendations for improvement, mainly from the enhancement of teacher education network member participation, perfect the evaluation mechanism of teacher education network platform, enrich the teachers' education network resources sharing content, build a network of Teacher Education in four aspects: beautiful spiritual home The face is discussed.
