公共性视域下网络教育问题及对策研究

【摘要】:本文所涉及的公共性是马克思主义哲学中的一个重要主题。目前,国内外有关公共性的探讨也正方兴未艾。郭湛、杨仁忠、周志山、贾英健等对相关的公共性理论及问题进行了较为系统的研究和论述,他们从不同侧面对公共性的探讨使得我国马克思主义公共哲学得到进一步的发展。一般来讲,公共性包含人的公共性和社会公共性双重含义。当前,信息技术的发展使得网络教育迅速发展,并极大地促进了我国教育事业的发展和变革。同时,它所蕴涵的公共性特征也逐渐展现出来。在教育领域,公共性可以集中表达为对公共人的培养和对公平公正的价值追求。可以说,基于网络教育的发展,公共性所诉求的人的公共精神和社会的公平公正得到了发展。但它在为人的个性解放带来新的机遇的同时,也给教育公共性的发展带来严峻挑战。本文从马克思主义公共性视野入手,从人与社会的双重维度出发探讨网络教育中的公共性问题,即“公共人”的培育与教育资源的公共性配置,力求能通过对上述问题的研究,为我国在公共性视域下如何更好地利用网络教育来促进对“公共人”的培育和实现教育资源的公平配置提供一个可参考的借鉴,从而进一步培养人的公共精神,使社会更加趋向于公平公正。本文共分为六章,以发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑顺序展开。第一章为引言部分,主要包括选题背景、研究意义以及文献综述等。第二章是对公共性视域下网络教育的概念进行界定,并阐述了公共性视域下网络教育的目标和内涵。第三章是呈现公共性视域下网络教育存在的问题。第四章是分析公共性视域下网络教育存在问题的原因。第五章针对网络教育存在问题的原因,从公共性视域出发,提出可能的对策。第六章为结语部分,是对全文内容的总结及未来发展的展望。总体来说,本文在汲取国内外公共性和网络教育相关研究成果的基础之上,分析了网络教育存在的问题,认为网络教育包含着促进人与社会公共性的可能,但事实上目前因为社会公众公共意识不足等原因,这种可能性未能转化为事实。从公共性视域出发,必须通过提升社会公众的公共意识、加强网络教育组织公共性建设以及学习者的主体意识才能真正促进网络教育公共性的发展,并最终促进人与社会的公共性发展。
[Abstract]:The publicity involved in this paper is an important theme in Marxist philosophy. At present, the discussion on publicity at home and abroad is also in the ascendant. Guo Zhan, Yang Renzhong, Zhou Zhishan, Jia Yingjian and others have systematically studied and discussed the related theories and problems of publicity. Their discussion of publicity from different aspects has further developed the Marxist public philosophy in China. Generally speaking, At present, the development of information technology makes network education develop rapidly, and greatly promote the development and reform of education in our country. In the field of education, publicity can be expressed as the cultivation of public people and the value pursuit of fairness and justice, which can be said to be based on the development of network education. The public spirit of the public and the fairness and justice of the society have been developed, but at the same time, the emancipation of the individual character brings new opportunities. From the perspective of Marxism publicity, this paper discusses the public nature of network education from the dual dimensions of human and society. That is, the cultivation of "public people" and the public allocation of educational resources, in order to be able to study the above problems, It provides a reference for our country how to make better use of network education to promote the cultivation of "public person" and to realize the fair allocation of educational resources, so as to further cultivate the public spirit of human being. This paper is divided into six chapters to find the problem, analyze the problem, solve the problem in the logical order. The first chapter is the introduction, including the background of the topic. The second chapter is to define the concept of network education from the public perspective. The third chapter is the problem of the network education under the public view. Chapter 4th is the analysis of the reason of the network education problem under the public view. Chapter 5th. In view of the causes of the problems in online education, From the perspective of publicity, this paper puts forward possible countermeasures. Chapter 6th is the conclusion part, which is the summary of the content of the full text and the prospect of its future development. Generally speaking, this paper is based on the research results of publicity and network education at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the network education, and thinks that the network education contains the possibility of promoting the publicness of people and society, but in fact, it is due to the lack of public consciousness of the public at present. This possibility has not been translated into reality. From the perspective of publicity, we must raise the public awareness of the public. Only by strengthening the public construction of network education organization and the subject consciousness of learners can we really promote the development of network education publicity and finally promote the public development of people and society.
