构建师生核心素养互动发展机制初探

【摘要】：为实现师生核心素养互动发展,需要建立新机制:一要以发展核心素养为导向,建立目标导向机制,将核心素养落实到教育教学的各环节。二要建立自主发展机制,培养主体性,体现独特性,增强互动性。三要建立教学的集成创新机制,在关联中创新,在整合中创新,推进深度学习。四要构建促进师生核心素养互动发展的保障机制,确保各项制度的校本化落实。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the interactive development of the core literacy of teachers and students, we need to establish a new mechanism: first, we should take the development of core literacy as a guide, establish a goal-oriented mechanism, and implement the core literacy into every link of education and teaching; second, we should establish a self-development mechanism. Third, we should establish the integrated innovation mechanism of teaching, innovate in the connection, innovate in the integration, promote the deep learning. Fourth, we should construct the guarantee mechanism to promote the interactive development of the core accomplishment of teachers and students. Ensure school-based implementation of all systems.
