大数据时代教育治理现代化的内涵、愿景及体系构建

【摘要】：大数据时代赋予了教育治理现代化新的内涵和愿景。大数据时代教育治理现代化的内涵需要从教育治理体系和治理能力现代化两方面去理解,形成五个方面的新愿景:治理理念上要求由管理意识迈入服务意识;治理主体上要求从一元管理转到多元治理;治理方式上要求由经验预判转为数据预测;治理模式上要求由静态治理转向动态治理;治理维度上要求由自上而下变成上下联动。依据大数据时代教育治理的内涵和愿景,大数据时代教育治理现代化体系构建应实现数据、制度、政府、学校、社会的"五位一体"。
[Abstract]:The era of big data has given a new connotation and vision to the modernization of educational governance. The connotation of the modernization of educational governance in the era of big data needs to be understood from two aspects: the educational governance system and the modernization of governance capabilities. Forming the new vision in five aspects: from the management consciousness to the service consciousness in the concept of governance, from the unitary management to the pluralistic governance, from the experience prejudgment to the data prediction in the governance mode; The mode of governance needs to change from static governance to dynamic governance, and from top to bottom to upper-down linkage in governance dimension.According to the connotation and vision of educational governance in big data's time, The construction of modern system of educational governance in big data era should realize the "five-in-one" of data, system, government, school and society.
