毛泽东美德理想主义女子教育的实践及其特征

【摘要】:改革开放带来了经济飞速发展与多元文化的巨大冲击,不仅使得人们的思想观念、行为实践出现了一系列不可忽视的现实问题,而且动摇了根植于以美德和教化为中心、美德和政治为教育特性的中国传统文化的坚固根基。在这样的时代背景下,人们的世界观、人生观以及价值观等方面出现了不容乐观的问题,当代女子的生活现实和教育问题更是令人堪忧。于是,当代女子的教育研究成为人们关注的热点。随着理论界对女子教育研究的重视和深入,如何借鉴传统教育的精华,解决当代社会的女子教育问题,既是现实的需要,也是历史的选择。毛泽东时期的女子教育思想不仅完美诠释、继承与创新了中国传统文化,而且取得了巨大的教育成效,形成了一个“六亿人民尽舜尧”的毛泽东时代。因此,研究毛泽东时期的女子教育,不仅在理论上可以丰富和完善中国教育史的研究,同时在实践上可以对解决当代女子教育存在的问题起到一定的借鉴作用。本文的主体内容主要从以下五个部分论述了毛泽东时期的女子教育:第一部分主要阐述了毛泽东时期女子教育的实践规模。以女子文化教育的数据为例,从苏区的“点”到解放区的“面”再到建国后全国范围的普及,女子教育的实践规模逐步扩大。第二部分重点论述了毛泽东时期女子教育的实践内容,主要从女子理想观念的提升、行为实践的表现以及社会风气的净化三个方面进行了分析。首先在理想观念方面,主要阐述了女子的孝顺、勤劳等美德表现;其次在行为实践方面,分别从战争与和平两个时期对女子的行为表现做了阐述;最后社会风气的净化分别从婚姻制度以及有关女子社会陋习的取缔变革两方面进行了分析。第三部分阐述了毛泽东时期女子教育的实践操作模式,主要介绍了政策导向、立体综合以及榜样示范三种模式。第四部分通过整理分析总结出了毛泽东美德理想主义女子教育的主要特征,主要包括了革命性、对传统文化的继承与创新的时代性以及多样性的特征。第五部分为结论部分。通过对毛泽东时期女子教育所取得的成效与当代社会女子教育存在的问题进行对比,进而从中得出启示:如何以史鉴今,借鉴毛泽东美德理想主义的女子教育,解决当代女子教育实际存在的问题。
[Abstract]:The reform and opening to the outside world has brought great impact on the rapid development of economy and multiculturalism. It has not only caused a series of practical problems which can not be ignored in people's ideology, behavior and practice, but also shaken its roots in the center of virtue and enlightenment. Virtue and politics are the strong foundation of Chinese traditional culture, which is characterized by education. Under such background, people's world outlook, outlook on life and values are not optimistic. The reality of contemporary women's life and educational problems are even more worrisome. Therefore, the educational research of contemporary women has become the focus of attention. With the attention and depth of the theoretical circle on women's education, how to learn from the essence of traditional education, To solve the problem of women's education in contemporary society is not only the need of reality, but also the choice of history. The thought of women's education in Mao Zedong's period not only interprets perfectly, inherits and innovates Chinese traditional culture, but also achieves great educational effect. The formation of a Mao Zedong era of "600 million people to the best of Shunyao". Therefore, the study of the women's education in the Mao Zedong period can not only enrich and perfect the study of the history of Chinese education in theory, At the same time, it can be used for reference in practice to solve the problems existing in contemporary women's education. The main content of this paper mainly discusses the women's education in Mao Zedong period from the following five parts: the first part mainly expounds the female education in the period of Mao Zedong. The practical scale of women's education during Mao Zedong's period. Taking the data of women's cultural education as an example, From the "point" in the Soviet area to the "face" in the liberated areas to the popularization of the whole country after the founding of the people's Republic of China, the practical scale of the women's education has gradually expanded. The second part focuses on the practical contents of the women's education during Mao Zedong's period. It mainly analyzes from three aspects: the promotion of women's ideal idea, the performance of behavior practice and the purification of social atmosphere. Firstly, in the aspect of ideal concept, it mainly expounds the virtue of filial piety and diligence of women. Secondly, in the aspect of behavior practice, the author expounds the behavior of women from the two periods of war and peace. Finally, the purification of social ethos is analyzed from two aspects: marriage system and the elimination and transformation of women's bad social habits. The third part expounds the practical operation mode of women's education in Mao Zedong period, and mainly introduces the policy orientation. Part 4th summarizes the main characteristics of Mao Zedong's moral idealistic women's education, mainly including revolutionary. Part 5th is the conclusion part. Through the comparison between the achievements of women's education in Mao Zedong period and the problems existing in women's education in contemporary society, And then draw inspiration from it: how to learn from history and learn from Mao Zedong's idealistic women's education and solve the problems of contemporary women's education.
