国外移动设备的典型教学应用及实施策略——兼论其对我国电子书包深入应用的启示

【摘要】：移动设备及各种智能终端设备在教育教学领域的应用,正成为各国推动教育信息化发展的一项重要举措。国外移动设备教学应用的典型项目包含资源支持、教学设计与活动组织、教师培训计划、学生21世纪技能培养、效果评估等共同要素,实施过程中注重进行多领域多学科的应用实践、开展多样化的教与学活动及模式、关注持续发展的影响因素及管理策略、重视应用效果检验与评估、强调教师的作用及教师专业发展等策略。我国教育领域大规模开展移动设备教学应用的探索是以电子书包这一形式展开的。虽然这一项目已取得显著成绩,但当前发展还面临资源建设较滞后、应用环境不理想等问题。我国应积极对待并理性实施电子书包及移动设备教学应用项目,借鉴国外移动设备教学应用的经验,在实践中逐步拓展其应用范围,重视电子教材、电子书等学习资源的深度开发,关注教师专业发展,优化应用环境,建立各方利益主体协同机制,开展电子书包教学应用的效果检验与评估研究。
[Abstract]:The application of mobile devices and all kinds of intelligent terminal devices in the field of education and teaching is becoming an important measure to promote the development of educational informatization in various countries. The common elements of teaching design and activity organization, teacher training plan, students' skill development in 21th century, effect evaluation, and so on, pay attention to the practice of multi-domain and multi-disciplinary application, and carry out diversified teaching and learning activities and models. Pay attention to the influencing factors and management strategies of sustainable development, and attach importance to the test and evaluation of application effect, Emphasis is placed on the role of teachers and their professional development strategies. The exploration of large-scale application of mobile devices in the field of education in China is carried out in the form of electronic schoolbags. Although this project has achieved remarkable results, However, the current development still faces some problems, such as lagged resource construction and unsatisfactory application environment. Our country should actively deal with and rationally implement the teaching and application projects of electronic schoolbags and mobile devices, and learn from the experience of foreign countries in the teaching and application of mobile devices. In practice, it has gradually expanded its application scope, paid attention to the deep development of learning resources such as electronic teaching materials and e-books, paid close attention to the professional development of teachers, optimized the application environment, and set up a cooperative mechanism of various stakeholders. To carry out the research on the effect test and evaluation of the application of electronic schoolbag teaching.
