农村教育现代化的价值取向与路径选择

【摘要】：中国教育的现代化始于五四运动,从"五四"至今,中国农村教育的现代化发展存在两种价值取向:农本主义价值观和城市主义价值观。在这两种价值取向的影响下,农村教育现代化走了两条不同的道路,即一是20世纪30年代实施的以农本主义价值观为依托的农村教育中心化的现代化道路,二是改革开放以来以城市主义价值观为依托的农村教育边缘化的现代化道路。这两种农村教育现代化之路均有其不可避免的弊端。因此,中国农村教育现代化应该走第三条道路,即和而不同。"和"就是要求在保障农村教育和城市教育平等性的前提下,采用与城市教育相同的资源、水准发展农村教育,"不同"就是要求农村教育不能简单地复制城市教育,应该从农村实际出发,尊重农村教育特性、规律,考虑到农民心理和意愿来发展农村教育。
[Abstract]:The modernization of Chinese education began in the May 4th Movement. Since the May 4th Movement, there are two value orientations in the development of Chinese rural education modernization: the values of agriculturalism and the values of urbanism. The modernization of rural education has taken two different paths, that is, the modernization road of centralization of rural education based on the values of agriculturalism, which was implemented in the 1930s. Second, the modernization road of rural education marginalization based on urban values since the reform and opening up. These two ways of modernization of rural education have their inevitable drawbacks. China's rural education modernization should follow the third road, that is, harmony but difference. "Harmony" requires the use of the same resources as urban education on the premise of ensuring equality between rural education and urban education. To develop rural education at a standard, "difference" requires that rural education should not simply replicate urban education, but should proceed from the reality of the countryside, respect the characteristics and laws of rural education, and take into account the psychology and willingness of farmers to develop rural education.
