基于初中生创伤经历的叙事取向团体心理辅导对改善其自卑感的干预研究

【摘要】:初中生正处在敏感的青春期,他们一方面要接受身体、心理变化的挑战,另一方面要应对社会化、自我同一性过程中面临的一系列问题,这会对他们的自我认知、自我意识以及自我同一性产生很大的影响,若处理不好就很容易产生自卑感。其中儿童期的创伤经历可能导致初中生形成错误的自我认知、行为模式,进而导致自卑感的产生。目前,已有许多文献显示儿童期创伤经历与自卑感之间存在一定关系,但少有研究针对其中具体维度的关系进行相应探索和研究。因此,本研究用《中学生自卑感量表》和《儿童期心理创伤量表(CTQ-SF)》两个问卷对初中生进行调查,了解初中生自卑感与儿童创伤经历的现状及其在人口统计学方面的差异,初步探讨初中生自卑感与儿童创伤经历的关系,同时采用叙事取向团体辅导对少部分创伤和自卑感得分高的初中生进行干预,并验证了叙事取向团体辅导对于创伤干预的效果。本研究结论如下:(1)初中生儿童期创伤经历严重程度从高到低依次为:情感忽视维度、躯体忽视、情感虐待维度、躯体虐待维度、性虐待维度;(2)初中生自卑感严重程度从高到低依次为:学业自卑感、性格自卑感、社交自卑感、生活自卑感;(3)不同人口统计学变量在初中生儿童期创伤经历各维度上存在显著差异;(4)不同人口统计学变量在初中生自卑感各维度上存在显著差异;(5)儿童期创伤经历与初中生自卑感呈现显著正相关关系;(6)叙事取向的团体辅导对初中生创伤有良好的干预效果。
[Abstract]:Junior high school students are in a sensitive adolescence. On the one hand, they have to accept the challenges of physical and psychological changes, on the other hand, they have to deal with a series of problems in the process of socialization and self-identity, which will give them a sense of self. Self-consciousness and self-identity have a great influence, if not handled well, it is easy to produce inferiority complex. Among them, childhood traumatic experience may lead to the formation of wrong self-cognition and behavior patterns. At present, many literatures have shown that there is a certain relationship between childhood traumatic experience and inferiority complex, but few studies have explored and studied the relationship between the specific dimensions of childhood trauma and inferiority complex. This study investigated junior high school students with the scale of inferiority complex of middle school students and the scale of psychological trauma in children (CTQ-SF) to investigate the status quo of inferiority complex and the traumatic experiences of children and the difference in demographics between junior high school students and children. The relationship between inferiority complex and children's traumatic experience was discussed. At the same time, narrative orientation group counseling was used to interfere with a small number of junior middle school students with high score of trauma and inferiority complex. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the degree of childhood trauma experience of junior high school students from high to low is: emotional neglect dimension, physical neglect dimension, emotional abuse dimension. The degree of inferiority in junior high school students from high to low is: academic inferiority complex, personality inferiority complex, social inferiority complex. There are significant differences among different demographic variables in different dimensions of childhood trauma experience of junior high school students. (4) there are significant differences in different demographic variables in all dimensions of inferiority complex of junior high school students. There was a significant positive correlation between history and junior high school students' inferiority complex. (6) the group counseling with narrative orientation had good intervention effect on junior high school students' trauma.
