教育精准扶贫对教育信息化的价值求索

【摘要】:教育作为反贫困最直接、最有效的策略,在增加收入、形成人力资本、提升个体可行能力、改善贫困文化等方面有着不可替代的作用。文章通过梳理教育贫困的基本概念,明确教育贫困独立于其他贫困的表现形式主要体现在基本内容、空间结构、深层内涵等三个层面,其成因主要来自经济贫困、文化贫困、教育自身贫困等;探讨了教育贫困是社会贫困产生的重要根源,与经济贫困存在恶性循环的关系,并在教育信息化促进教育精准扶贫的内在依据与外在条件的基础上,提出教育精准扶贫对教育信息化的价值取向目标的三个层次:解决贫困地区教育资源匮乏的问题、提高贫困对象的职业技能水平、提高个体可行能力,改善贫困地区的贫困文化。
[Abstract]:As the most direct and effective anti-poverty strategy, education plays an irreplaceable role in increasing income, forming human capital, improving individual feasible ability and improving poverty culture. It is clear that the manifestation of education poverty is independent of other poverty mainly in three aspects: basic content, spatial structure, deep connotation, and its causes mainly come from economic poverty, cultural poverty, education itself poverty and so on. This paper probes into the relationship between educational poverty and the vicious circle of economic poverty, which is an important source of social poverty, and on the basis of the internal and external conditions of promoting the precision poverty alleviation in education by education informatization. This paper puts forward three levels of the value orientation goal of the education informatization: to solve the problem of the shortage of educational resources in the poor areas, to improve the vocational skill level of the poor object, and to improve the individual feasible ability. To improve the culture of poverty in poor areas.
