“非贫困性辍学”的贫困根源

【摘要】:农村经济的好转以及农民收入的增加理应使辍学现象得到遏制,然吊诡的是当前农村学生的辍学率不降反增。辍学率的回潮意味着当前农村学生辍学的性质已经从"因贫辍学"演变为"非贫困性辍学",其原因不再是因为贫困,而是植根于农村生产和生存方式的变革,以及由之引起的农村文化变迁和农民的教育认识的转变。"非贫困性辍学"尽管得到了广泛的认可,但却有着自身的贫困根源,它植根于贫穷而落后的农村教育,也溯源于农民可行能力的贫困和农村整体性的精神贫困。所谓的"非贫困性辍学"无非是从个体性的家庭经济贫困转化为整体性的农村教育贫困和普遍性的精神贫瘠。
[Abstract]:The improvement in the rural economy and the increase in farmers' income should contain the phenomenon of dropping out of school. The paradox is that the current drop-out rate of rural students is increasing instead of decreasing. The return of drop-out rates means that the nature of rural students' dropping out of school has changed from "dropping out of poverty" to "dropping out of poverty", and the reason is no longer because of poverty. It is rooted in changes in rural production and way of life, as well as changes in rural culture and farmers' educational awareness. "Non-poverty dropouts", although widely recognized, have their own root causes of poverty. It is rooted in poor and backward rural education, The so-called "non-impoverished drop out" is nothing more than the transformation from individual family economic poverty to holistic rural education poverty and universal spiritual poverty.
