面向智慧教育的教师发展创新路径

【摘要】:从世界范围来看,智慧教育已经成为教育信息化发展的新目标,智慧教育的丰富内涵要求教师具备智慧教育的先进理念、重视发展学生的思维品质、具有良好的数据素养、拥有出色的终身学习能力。围绕着智慧教育的目标和理念,学校教师需要在智慧教育中扮演四种核心角色:思维教学设计师、创客教育教练员、学习数据分析师以及学习冰山潜航员,而这四种角色的培养和塑造也将成为智慧教师发展的创新路径。教师发展是外在环境与内生动力两部分因素共同作用的结果,面向智慧教育的教师专业发展体系需要从课程、工具、实践、指导、制度、文化等层面建构环境,并以学校为本提供实践解决方案。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the world, wisdom education has become a new goal of the development of education information. The rich connotation of wisdom education requires teachers to have advanced ideas of wisdom education, to attach importance to the development of students' thinking quality, and to have good data literacy. With excellent lifelong learning ability, school teachers need to play four key roles in the wisdom education around the goal and idea of wisdom education: the designer of thinking teaching, the coach of creative education, The training and shaping of these four roles will also become the innovative path for the development of intelligent teachers. Teacher development is the result of both external environment and endogenous power. The system of teacher professional development oriented to intelligent education needs to construct the environment from curriculum, tools, practice, guidance, institution, culture and so on, and provide practical solutions based on school.
