论教师专业发展中的问题感受性

【摘要】:教师专业发展是教师在教育教学实践中借助不断提升的专业感受性觉察问题、解决问题及调控实践活动的过程。专业感受性不仅是教育问题的感受器,同时也是教师专业发展的推进与调控器。对教师专业感受性从其内涵、重要性、影响因素、形成路径等方面进行深入研究对提升教师专业素养甚至教育质量具有重要启示。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development is a process in which teachers solve problems and regulate practical activities with the help of increasing professional perception in teaching practice.Professional receptivity is not only the receptor of educational problems, but also the promoter and regulator of teachers' professional development.The in-depth study of teachers' professional receptivity from its connotation, importance, influencing factors, forming path and so on has important enlightenment to improve teachers' professional accomplishment and even the quality of education.
