如何解读学生品德发展质量监测结果

【摘要】:学生品德发展质量监测是一个世界性难题。在国家即将推进学生品德发展质量全国监测这一背景下,如何解读相应的监测结果,成为一个迫切需要考虑的现实问题。为更好地反映学生品德发展质量监测的特殊性和科学性,在解读监测结果时,要考虑监测结果对学生思想道德状况的概率性体现,需对监测结果进行修正性解读;要考虑学生品德发展受多重结构因素影响,需对监测结果进行综合化解读;要考虑学生群体品德发展存在较大异质性,需对监测结果进行差异化解读;要考虑学生品德要素结构的不均衡性,需对监测结果进行类型化解读;要考虑学生品德成长的反复性,需对监测结果进行发展性解读。
[Abstract]:The quality monitoring of students' moral development is a worldwide problem.Under the background that the country is about to promote the national monitoring of the quality of students' moral development, how to interpret the corresponding monitoring results has become an urgent practical problem to be considered.In order to better reflect the particularity and scientificity of the quality monitoring of students' moral development, we should consider the probabilistic embodiment of the monitoring results to the students' ideological and moral status when interpreting the monitoring results, and we need to make a revised interpretation of the monitoring results.In order to consider the influence of multiple structural factors on the development of students' moral character, it is necessary to comprehensively interpret the monitoring results, to consider the heterogeneity of the moral development of students' groups, and to interpret the monitoring results differently.In order to consider the imbalance of the structure of students' moral elements, we need to type the results of monitoring, and to consider the repetition of students' moral growth, we need to interpret the monitoring results in a developmental way.
