焦点解决短期疗法改善大学生手机依赖的对照研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在检验焦点解决疗法改善大学生手机依赖的咨询效果。从广东某高校126名大学生中选取60名大学生,其中实验组30人(流失2人,最终28人),每周接受1-2次心理咨询与干预,为期6周,对照组30人不接受干预。所有参加实验的被试在干预前后两个阶段进行手机依赖问卷、人际关系分量表、强迫分量表、自我评估报告的调查。结果发现干预后实验组在手机依赖的失控性、戒断性、逃避性、低效性上的得分显著降低,人际关系和强迫得分显著下降,对照组在失控性得分上显著提高。研究表明采用焦点解决短期疗法确实有助于改善大学生手机依赖的程度,提升他们的人际水平,改善他们的强迫症状。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to test the counseling effect of focus-solving therapy on improving cell phone dependence of college students.Sixty college students were selected from 126 college students in Guangdong province, among them, 30 students in the experimental group (2 lost, 28 students) received one or two psychological counseling and intervention every week for 6 weeks, 30 in the control group did not accept the intervention.All participants were investigated with mobile phone dependency questionnaire, interpersonal relationship component table, forced component table and self-assessment report in two stages before and after intervention.The results showed that the scores of runaway, abstinence, escape, inefficiency, interpersonal relationship and obsessive-compulsion were significantly decreased in the experimental group after intervention, while those in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Studies have shown that short-term focus therapy does help improve college students' mobile phone dependency, improve their interpersonal skills, and improve their obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
