中学生积极心理资本、情绪智力与适应的关系研究

【摘要】：中学阶段是一个人发展的重要过渡时期,此时期容易引发各种各样的心理方面的问题。积极心理资本是指个体心理的一种积极的并不断发展的状态。积极心理资本水平高的个体,其心理健康水平也就越高。情绪智力是影响人们应对环境需要和压力的一系列情绪的、人格的和人际能力的综合,直接对个体的心理健康水平产生影响。适应是指个体对外部环境及身心变化引起的心理和行为的反应状态,只有具有良好的适应能力的个体才能够健康发展。本研究从天津市某中学,抽取420名中学生,研究其积极心理资本、情绪智力与适应之间的关系并提出教育建议。结果发现:(1)中学生积极心理资本水平相对较高。在父亲和母亲的教育程度上差异显著,在年级、是否独生子女上差异不显著。不同性别的中学生在韧性维度上差异显著。(2)中学生情绪智力水平相对较高。在性别、母亲的教育程度上差异显著,在是否独生子女、父亲的教育程度上差异不显著。不同年级在情绪感知维度上差异显著。(3)中学生积极心理资本、情绪智力和适应之间存在显著正相关。(4)情绪智力在积极心理资本和适应之间有部分中介作用,中介效应占总比值的37%。
[Abstract]:The middle school stage is an important transitional period for the development of a person, which can easily lead to various psychological problems.Positive psychological capital refers to a positive and developing state of individual psychology.The higher the level of positive psychological capital, the higher the level of mental health.Emotional intelligence is a series of emotional, personality and interpersonal abilities that affect people's coping with environmental needs and pressures, which has a direct impact on the mental health level of individuals.Adaptation refers to the state of reaction of individuals to psychological and behavioral changes caused by external environment and physical and mental changes. Only individuals with good adaptability can develop healthily.In this study, 420 middle school students were selected from a middle school in Tianjin to study the relationship among positive psychological capital, emotional intelligence and adaptation.The results showed that the level of positive psychological capital of middle school students was relatively high.There was significant difference in education level between father and mother, but there was no significant difference in only child in grade.Students of different genders have significant difference in resilience dimension. 2) Middle school students' emotional intelligence level is relatively high.In gender, mother's education level is significant, in whether only child, father's education level is not significant.In different grades, there are significant differences in the dimension of emotion perception. 3) the positive psychological capital of middle school students, and the significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and adaptation. 4) emotional intelligence has some mediating role between positive psychological capital and adaptation.The mediating effect accounted for 37% of the total.
