李相勖的训育思想研究

【摘要】:李相勖是安徽近现代重要的本土教育家之一,幼时家贫,天资卓越,先后入清华、赴加州,对中等教育进行深入系统的学习,其教育思想多有西方教育流派之痕迹,亦有中国传统优秀教育思想之烙印。李相勖教育思想涉猎多元,尤重训育思想且自成体系。其训育内涵既重个人之修养,亦看社会之奉献。他认为训育的目标在于品格的陶冶,尤以养成学生集中注意力的习惯,做事认真、实事求是、容忍以及光明磊落的态度为重要的训育内容。此外,在论述训育的影响因素时,看重学生个体和环境的差异性对训育的影响。他坚持训育应与校外的社会理想相契合、训育应是积极的和建设的,而不是消极的和限制的、训育的方法大半是间接地而非直接的、训育应根据学生能了解的最高标准行之的四大原则开展训育工作。他还将当时中小学实行的训育制度进行对比分析,涉及级任制、训导制和主任制,摘其要点,现其优劣,以便从事训育之人得以明了。李相勖并非就训育论训育,而是将其放在校风、课程、教学及课外活动中加以分析,深谙它们之间相辅相成之道,主张通过培植和维持优良的校风、批判利用课程的道德价值、保持良好的教学秩序和合理安排学生的课外活动来实现训育的成效。李相勖的训育思想并非只有外表,鲜有实质,其思想以实践为蓝本,用理论做架构,从心理学、社会学等多学科角度解释训育理念,丰富充实不致寡淡。从中小学办学经验、高校教学心得等多方面阐述训育思想,视角独到而又平添新意。李相勖的训育思想着实是一笔宝贵的精神财富,对于当今教育的理念变革与实践创新仍然有着重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Li Xiangxu is one of the most important local educators in Anhui in modern and modern times. His childhood was poor and his talent was outstanding. He successively entered Tsinghua and went to California to study secondary education in depth and systematically. Most of his educational ideas had traces of Western schools of education.Also has the Chinese tradition outstanding education thought the brand.Li Xiangxu's educational thought dabbled in diversity, especially his discipline thought and formed his own system.The connotation of discipline is not only personal cultivation, but also social dedication.He believes that the goal of discipline is to cultivate character, especially to develop students' habit of concentration, conscientiousness, truth from facts, tolerance, and aboveboard attitude as an important part of discipline.In addition, when discussing the influencing factors of discipline, the influence of students' individual and environment difference on discipline is emphasized.He insisted that discipline should be in line with the social ideal outside the school, that discipline should be positive and constructive, not negative and restrictive, and that most of the methods of discipline should be indirect rather than direct.Discipline should be conducted according to the four principles of the highest standard students can understand.He also carried out a comparative analysis of the discipline system in primary and secondary schools at that time, which involved the level-appointment system, the discipline system and the director system, and summarized its main points, so that those engaged in discipline could understand their merits and demerits.Li Xiangxu does not discuss discipline, but analyses it in school spirit, curriculum, teaching and extracurricular activities, understands how they complement each other, and advocates to criticize the moral value of the curriculum by cultivating and maintaining a good school spirit.Maintain good teaching order and arrange students' extracurricular activities to achieve the effect of discipline.Li Xiangxu's thought of discipline is not only appearance, but rarely substance. His thought is based on practice, uses theory as the framework, explains the concept of discipline from the angle of psychology, sociology and so on.From the experience of primary and middle schools and the teaching experience of colleges and universities, this paper expounds the thought of discipline from different perspectives.Li Xiangxu's theory of discipline is a precious spiritual wealth, which is still of great significance to the innovation of educational ideas and practice.
