中职《客户服务与管理》微课设计与开发

【摘要】:中等职业教育作为职业技术教育组成的一部分,随着时代的进步和网络技术的不断发展,尤其是智能移动终端的普及,使得学生交往方式和学习模式也随之发生很大变化。在这种背景下,在线教育、非正式学习和微型学习蓬勃发展,给学习赋予了数字化的特征,也让随时随地的学习变得简单易行。因此,互联网+教育所呈现的“微式”教学使我们迎来了教育的“微”时代,也迎来了中等职业技术教育的新挑战。笔者以中职旅游管理专业主干课程《客房服务与管理》教学为例,将枯燥的专业理论与繁复的操作技能融入微课并以之进行呈现,改变原有传统课堂中单调与枯燥的教学形式,激发学生学习的动机,提高学生学习兴趣,以满足学生不断发展的多样化学习的需要。本研究首先在梳理相关研究背景的基础上,综合分析了国内外微课应用的研究现状,然后对“微课”进行了概念界定。其次在分析课程性质的基础上,就影响课程教学效果的主要教学因素进行全面分析,得出微课适用于该课程具有可行性。之后总结了客房服务与管理微课设计原则,构建了客房服务与管理微课框架体系,阐明了整体设计流程,并以“敲门进房”为例具体阐述了微课的开发过程,介绍微课制作的方法和步骤,并对微课的应用效果进行了多角度分析。最后,对重点工作、研究结果和研究不足进行了总结,并对今后中职专业课程的微课研究和发展建设提出自己的想法和展望。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education as a part of vocational and technical education, with the progress of the times and the continuous development of network technology, especially the popularization of intelligent mobile terminals, students' communication mode and learning mode have changed greatly.In this context, online education, informal learning and micro-learning flourish, giving digital characteristics to learning, but also making learning anytime and anywhere become easy to carry out.Therefore, the "micro-type" teaching presented by Internet education has ushered in the "micro" era of education, and also ushered in the new challenge of secondary vocational and technical education.The author takes the main course of tourism management in secondary vocational school, "Room Service and Management", as an example, integrates the boring professional theory and complicated operation skills into the micro-class and presents it, thus changing the monotonous and boring teaching form in the traditional classroom.To stimulate students' learning motivation and improve students' interest in learning to meet the needs of students' continuous development of diverse learning.On the basis of combing the relevant research background, the present research situation of the application of micro-lesson at home and abroad is comprehensively analyzed, and then the concept of "micro-lesson" is defined.Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the nature of the course, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the main teaching factors that affect the teaching effect of the course, and concludes that it is feasible to apply the micro-course to the course.Then it summarizes the design principle of room service and management micro-lesson, constructs the frame system of guest room service and management micro-lesson, clarifies the whole design flow, and takes "knock on the door" as an example to elaborate the development process of micro-lesson.This paper introduces the methods and steps of micro-lesson making, and analyzes the application effect of micro-class from many angles.Finally, the author summarizes the key work, the research results and the deficiency, and puts forward his own ideas and prospects for the microcourse research and development construction of secondary vocational courses in the future.
