移动互联时代教师专业发展的特征、现状及路径

【摘要】:移动互联时代是指通信技术与网络技术融合背景下的时代,这个时代的显著特点是网络信息移动化。移动互联时代技术与社会的合奏促进了教师专业理念的加快变革,社会背景和学习环境融合促发了教师知识的加速更新,智力与技术的整合促使教师专业能力的提升快捷。现实的状况是教师虽然认识到移动互联时代对专业理念、专业知识、专业能力的发展要求越来越高,但在行动中努力不够,为此,在信息化的环境下,采取有效的方法以培植教师良好的师德修养,坚定从教的信念,进而形成坚实的专业知识,精湛的专业能力。
[Abstract]:The era of mobile interconnection refers to the era under the background of the fusion of communication technology and network technology, and the remarkable feature of this era is the mobility of network information.The combination of technology and society in the era of mobile interconnection has promoted the rapid transformation of teachers' professional concepts, the integration of social background and learning environment has promoted the accelerated renewal of teachers' knowledge, and the integration of intelligence and technology has promoted the improvement of teachers' professional ability quickly.The reality is that although teachers realize that the development of professional ideas, professional knowledge and professional abilities are becoming more and more demanding in the era of mobile interconnection, they do not make enough efforts in their actions. Therefore, in the information environment,To adopt effective methods to cultivate teachers' good moral accomplishment, to strengthen their belief in teaching, and then to form solid professional knowledge and consummate professional ability.
