【摘要】：教育家成长的交互性规律是教育家成长的最为重要的规律。教育家成长就是在教育家的适应性规律与超越性规律相互交互的动态过程中成长的。教育家成长的交互性规律通过内外因交互要素、"小我"与"大我"交互要素、"大时势"与"小时势"交互要素而起作用。
[Abstract]:The interactivity law of educator's growth is the most important law of educator's growth.The growth of educator is in the dynamic process of mutual interaction between adaptability law and transcendence law of educator.The interaction law of educator's growth works through internal and external interaction elements, "ego" and "big ego" interaction elements, "big situation" and "small potential" interaction elements.
