漳州市中学心理健康教育工作困境及对策研究

【摘要】:中学阶段是学生心理素质和人格发展的重要时期,被心理学家称为“心理断乳时期”或“心理危机时期”。该时期的生理特征决定了中学生无论是在心理还是生理上都呈现出不稳定、迅速变化的状态,因此,加强中学心理健康教育工作是十分迫切且是十分必要的,中学心理健康教育正是要帮助中学生顺利成长,顺利度过这段“危险期”。因此,本研究就漳州市中学心理健康教育工作现状进行问卷调查,以解剖麻雀的方式,准确把握当前中学在实施心理健康教育工作存在的问题及其原因,依据相关理论提出具有实践指导意义的改进措施,这对指导中学心理健康教育工作实践,促进学生心理健康发展,提高教育有效性等方面具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本研究在文献研究的基础上,综合学校心理健康教育研究成果和管理学的相关理论,设计《中学心理健康教育工作状况调查问卷》,以漳州市八县一市两区的中学心理健康教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实地个别访谈,深入漳州一线中学进行调查研究,结果表明漳州市中学心理健康教育工作在人员、经费、场地设施、组织管理、制度保障等多方面存在较多问题。具体表现为师资不充足、缺乏固定经费、场地设施不齐全、组织管理不健全、相关制度落实不到位等。究其原因,主要包含思想观念不到位、政策过于宏观化、相关培训体系不健全、心育教师地位低下、组织机构不健全、经费保障不明确等等。在此基础上,提出并阐述了关于促进漳州市中学心理健康教育工作有效性的六条对策建议。具体是健全组织机构、有效整合心育教师、建立健全相关制度、关注教师心理健康、心育的现代化、构建家校合作模式等。
[Abstract]:The middle school stage is an important period for the development of students' psychological quality and personality, which is called "psychological weaning period" or "psychological crisis period" by psychologists.The physiological characteristics of this period determine the unstable and rapid change of the middle school students, both psychologically and physically. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to strengthen the work of mental health education in middle school.Middle school mental health education is to help middle school students to grow up smoothly.Therefore, the present situation of mental health education in middle schools in Zhangzhou City is investigated by questionnaire, in order to accurately grasp the existing problems and reasons in the implementation of mental health education in middle schools in the way of dissecting sparrows.According to the relevant theories, this paper puts forward the improvement measures with practical significance, which has important practical significance in guiding the practice of mental health education in middle schools, promoting the development of students' mental health and improving the effectiveness of education.Based on this, this study synthesizes the research results of school mental health education and the related theories of management on the basis of literature research.A questionnaire was designed for mental health education in middle schools. Taking the mental health teachers in eight counties, one city and two districts in Zhangzhou City as the research object, the questionnaire and individual interviews were conducted to investigate and study the mental health teachers in Zhangzhou front-line middle schools.The results show that there are many problems in mental health education of middle school in Zhangzhou, such as personnel, fund, site and facilities, organization and management, system guarantee and so on.The concrete performance is insufficient teachers, lack of fixed funds, incomplete site facilities, imperfect organization and management, inadequate implementation of relevant systems and so on.The main reasons are that the ideas are not in place, the policy is too macro, the related training system is not perfect, the status of psychological education teachers is low, the organization is not perfect, the funds are not clear and so on.On this basis, this paper puts forward and expounds six countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the effectiveness of mental health education in middle schools in Zhangzhou.In particular, it is necessary to perfect the organization, effectively integrate the psychological education of teachers, establish and perfect the related system, pay attention to the mental health of teachers, modernize the psychological education, and construct the cooperation model of home and school, etc.
