初中生感恩、领悟社会支持与亲社会行为的关系研究

【摘要】:随着心理学家理论研究的不断深入,感恩逐渐成为了积极心理学研究的热点领域。感恩不仅是一种美德,而且是一种亲社会的积极情感和品质,它指的是个体受到恩惠而产生感激等积极结果的人格特质。以往的研究表明,感恩与亲社会行为倾向之间存在相关关系。本文在前人研究的基础上,将领悟社会支持纳入感恩与亲社会行为倾向的研究中,并试图验证领悟社会支持这个变量是否在感恩与亲社会行为之间起了中介的作用。感恩作为一种潜在的积极品质,不但是一种优势资源,还是一种亲社会的利他行为,不仅有利于发展个体的美德,提升他们的幸福感,还对社会支持有着重要的启示意义。感恩的相关研究涉及感恩与宽恕的研究、感恩与人际关系的研究、感恩与亲社会行为的研究、感恩与健康的影响研究、感恩与主观幸福感的研究、感恩的干预研究等。本研究使用问卷调查的方法,以两所学校的245名初中生为被试,用描述统计、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析、回归分析等方法对研究结果进行分析,得到如下结果:(1)使用独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析发现,初中生感恩水平在性别上存在显著差异,初中女生的感恩水平显著高于男生的感恩水平,初中生感恩在独生与非独生和年级上不存在显著差异。(2)独立样本t检验和单因素方差对亲社会行为的分析结果说明了初中生亲社会行为在独生与非独生上存在显著差异,独生子女的领悟社会支持水平高于非独生子女的领悟社会支持水平,初中生亲社会行为在年级和性别上都不存在显著差异。(3)通过t检验和单因素方差分析得出了初中生的领悟社会支持水平较高,初中生领悟社会支持在性别、独生与非独生和年级上不存在显著差异。(4)初中生的感恩水平与领悟社会支持存在显著的正相关,与亲社会行为存在显著的正相关。(5)初中生的领悟社会支持水平与亲社会行为存在显著的正相关。(6)初中生的感恩、亲社会行为和领悟社会支持都处于较高水平,三者之间存在两两的显著正相关。(7)领悟社会支持是感恩与亲社会行为之间的部分中介变量。由此我们可得出结论,初中生的感恩、亲社会行为和领悟社会支持之间两两相关,并且领悟社会支持是感恩与亲社会行为之间的中介变量,起部分中介的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of psychologists' theoretical research, gratitude has gradually become a hot field of positive psychology.Gratitude is not only a virtue, but also a pro-social positive emotion and quality.Previous studies have shown that there is a correlation between gratitude and pro-social behavioral tendencies.On the basis of previous studies, this paper brings perceived social support into the study of gratitude and pro-social behavioral tendency, and tries to verify whether the variable of perceived social support plays an intermediary role between gratitude and pro-social behavior.Thanksgiving, as a potential positive quality, is not only an advantage resource, but also a pro-social altruistic behavior. It is not only conducive to the development of individual virtues, enhance their happiness, but also has important implications for social support.The related research of gratitude involves the research of gratitude and forgiveness, the study of gratitude and interpersonal relationship, the research of gratitude and pro-social behavior, the study of the influence of gratitude and health, the research of gratitude and subjective well-being, the research of Thanksgiving intervention, etc.In this study, 245 junior high school students from two schools were investigated by questionnaire, and the results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single factor variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on.The results are as follows: 1) using independent sample t-test and univariate ANOVA, we find that there are significant differences in the level of gratitude of junior high school students, and the level of gratitude of girls in junior high school is significantly higher than that of boys.There is no significant difference in gratitude between single child and non-only child and grade. 2) the independent sample t test and the analysis of univariate variance on prosocial behavior show that there are significant differences between single and non-only children.The perceived social support level of the only child is higher than that of the non-only child.There is no significant difference between grade and sex in prosocial behavior of junior high school students. Through t test and single factor variance analysis, it is concluded that the level of perceived social support of junior high school students is higher, and the perceived social support of junior high school students is gender.There was no significant difference between single child and non-only child and grade. (4) there was a significant positive correlation between the level of gratitude and perceived social support of junior high school students.There was significant positive correlation between perceived social support level and prosocial behavior of junior high school students.There is a significant positive correlation between them. 7) perceived social support is a part of intermediary variable between gratitude and prosocial behavior.From this we can draw a conclusion that the junior middle school students' gratitude, pro-social behavior and perceived social support are mutually related, and understand that social support is an intermediary variable between gratitude and pro-social behavior, which plays a part of the intermediary role.
